A third floor 2BR apartment with a beautiful pond view in a safe and gated community within 7 miles of Disney Animal Kingdom Theme park With excellent amenities like Pool, Gym, Tennis Court, Volleyball court, Play areas and ponds. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with a King bed each. Equipped with fast wifi, large TV and a work desk.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area, TV in each room and a washer and dryer, linen and towels are provided to the guests!

Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils

There are 2 swimming pools in the resort and the one next to the clubhouse is heated. The resort also features a indoor Game Room, Fitness center, Volleyball court and Kids play area.

This is a strictly no smoking property. If violated we will charge $100 penalty.
Please no parties, no types of gatherings or events are acceptable. Sorry no pets.

AC range is between 70-78.

Our holiday vacation home rentals are all self-catering. This means that is under your responsibility to bring all of the supplies which you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, drink, sanitary supplies, etc.

Please note there is a security camera outside the main door monitoring the entryway to the house.

No Third-party services services are allowed at our house. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund and will incur additional penalties.
