The bathroom door didn’t shut all the way so no privacy in the bathroom. There were stains on the towels and washcloths. The paint was peeling off the walls. Dirt was accumulating in corners. The shower barely had any water pressure it was so clogged up. People were yelling and making noises at all hours of the night. We could hear the ladies next to us talking like they were in the room with us. Breakfast was only toast, ego waffles, and 2 types of cereal. People were fighting and yelling in the lobby when I arrived, and neither the security guard or the staff person at the desk did anything to remove them. I stood there for 5 minutes because the staff person just wanted to watch the fight instead of help me check in. Also, we put a “do not disturb” sign on our door when we left but housekeeping still came into our room. I will never stay here again and do not recommend it!

This was the worst experience we've ever had in a "Wyndham" hotel. It was around 10pm when we got there, very tired with our kids, there were weird people around the parking lot and in front of the room's doors, a drunk guy was seated in front of the office. We felt very unsafe. The room was very old, the bed sheets were dirty, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty. There were only two towels for 4 people, when I asked the staff foe more towels, she said I shoul go get them on the front office myself. The towels had other person's hair on it. We decided to check out next morning and go to another hotel because this place is not good for family with kids. We asked to be reimbursed the second day and they alleged the room was fine so they wouldn't give the money back. Terrible experience!!!!!!!

Cleaning staff never changed out empty tissue box even though we put the empty box iin the sink for them to see. Beds and pillows were super hard. Very uncomfortable for sleeping. 2nd night tv went out and never came back on. Door looked like ut had been jimmied and extra locj in doir did't hold in place. No drawers to put clothes in.

First it did not look as the photos on the website. The room smelled so bad of old cig. It looked so dirty i didnt want to touch anything. No pillows just blankets stuffed in pillowcase. The property on first glance looked good until we saw the homeless person walking through, we almost left at this point. The upon entering the room everything appeared okay, however in the AM getting ready for the day we noticed no bath towels. The floor was filthy. It was loud all night with who knows what is going on. One final note, we had requested a handicapped room on the first floor and paid more for it and that was ignored. Whyndam should not put their names on hotels/motels if they are not going to live up to the standards of being clean and safe.

Fue el peor hotel donde he estado. La habitación tenía insectos - chinches en las camas, así que no hay nada peor que eso. Los muebles dentro de la habitación estaban pegajosos, era horrible andar descalzo. Y hubo un fuerte olor a desinfectante que causaba alergia. Es el peor hotel donde he estado, fue un error haber bookeado aquí. NO ES WYNDHAM PARA NADA, y no pude pasar ni una noche, porque me retiré a los 30 minutos a buscar otro hotel. Espero me reembolsen el dinero

Great staff very helpful Property unfortunately is very run down, many things broken, although each time we needed things repaired they did repair it. Hotel is in not a great area of the city

Nope!
I could feel the bed springs in my bed and they were squeaky. The sink leaked, there were no pillows only pillow cases stuffed with sheets, the heat did not work, the locals fought and argued throughout the night and the sheets were worn and had spots. Vanessa, the attendant was helpful and nice but I would not stay here again.
