The Space:

Soft mornings unfold as you ease into the day with space to spread out, sunlight filtering through the living area, and the comfort of knowing the parks are only a short drive away. After hours exploring Orlando's attractions, returning here offers a calm retreat where you can unwind, refresh, and settle into your own rhythm. With room for your whole group and access to resort amenities at ChampionsGate, the home sets the scene for shared moments, relaxed evenings, and the simple pleasure of having your own private pool.



Sleeping arrangements

Five spacious bedrooms give everyone a place to settle in. The downstairs bedroom features 1 queen bed for convenient main-floor sleeping. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer 2 king beds, creating comfortable spaces to recharge, and 1 room offers 2 single beds. The fifth bedroom includes 1 twin bunk bed and 1 single bed, ideal for guests who enjoy a cozy shared room. With room for up to 10 guests, the layout supports both gathering together and slipping away for quiet time.



Indoor living

The large living area invites you to stretch out on the couches and enjoy time together, whether you're watching the flat screen TV or planning the next day's adventures. Throughout the home, essentials such as air conditioning, a ceiling fan, heating, and a washer and dryer help create an easy, comfortable stay. A dedicated workspace is available when you need to catch up or focus privately.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is designed for everyday meals, offering the convenience of a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and more. You have space to cook your own meals and gather around the dining table indoors. With kitchen basics at hand, making breakfast before heading to the parks or sharing dinner together becomes a simple part of the experience.



Outdoor living

Step outside to your private pool, a refreshing place to cool off and enjoy Florida's warmth. Pool heat is available as an add-on for an additional charge. Outdoor furniture allows you to relax by the water, whether you're taking a break between outings or winding down in the evening.



Resort access

Your stay includes free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate amenities, offering a resort-style pool with water slide and cabanas, lazy river, tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, and tennis facilities. The community also offers access to a public 18-hole golf course, golf driving range, putting green, and golf clubhouse.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community where dining, recreation, and essentials are close at hand. With convenient proximity to I-4 and 27, reaching Disney World, Universal Studios, and other major attractions is straightforward. Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Up to (2) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guests reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



Balcony Safety Notice

Please be advised that the internal balcony is not intended for climbing, sitting, or leaning over. For your safety, do not walk on, climb over, or place weight on the railing.

Children must be supervised at all times in this area.

Management and ownership are not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from misuse of the balcony or failure to supervise minors.
