Welcome to a spacious 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom Orlando vacation home designed for large families and groups. Located on Lasso Drive at Encore Resort, the property offers generous indoor space, themed bedrooms, a private pool with an attached spa, and a game room.
The home is conveniently located near Walt Disney World, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, and Orlando’s major attractions.

Guest Access
Guests have private use of the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, game room, laundry facilities, driveway, and pool area.
The reservation does not include access to the resort clubhouse, water park, or other shared community amenities.

Pool and Spa
Pool heating is available for $35 per day, with a three-day minimum.
The spa is connected to the pool system and is not an independent hot tub. Heating usually requires 8–12 hours, but colder weather may increase heating time or cause the system to temporarily stop for equipment protection.
Pool heating fees are non-refundable once activated. Refunds are not provided for weather-related performance issues.
Pool service is normally completed on Wednesdays, although the schedule may change. Technicians access only the exterior pool area.

Starter Supplies
This is a self-catering property. A limited starter package is provided, including:
Dish sponge and small dish detergent
Three dishwasher pods
One roll of paper towels
Trash bags
One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
Small soap and two mini shampoos per bathroom
Supplies are not replenished during the stay. Washcloths are not provided.

Linens and Cleaning
Beds are prepared with sheets, pillows, and blankets. Standard towels include one bath towel per registered guest, one hand towel per bathroom, and one bath mat per bathroom.
The home is professionally cleaned before arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included, but mid-stay cleaning may be arranged for an additional fee.
Please keep food and drinks away from beds and carpeted areas. Replacement fees may apply for permanently stained towels or linens.
Trash must be securely bagged and placed in the designated outdoor container each day.

Optional Rentals
BBQ Grill
A propane BBQ grill is available for $100 per stay, including one propane tank.

Golf Cart
Golf carts may be rented from an independent provider and delivered to the home. Availability, pricing, and rental terms are separate from the accommodation. Drivers must follow Florida law and Reunion West community rules.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed only with prior written approval.
$95 non-refundable fee per pet

Maximum weight of 35 pounds per pet
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture
Guests must clean up after their pets
Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply
Unauthorized pets may result in a $250 fee, plus any applicable cleaning or damage costs.

Parking
The driveway accommodates up to four standard vehicles.
Parking is allowed only in designated areas. Street, grass, sidewalk, and neighboring-property parking are prohibited. Improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Deliveries
UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS generally deliver directly to the property. Guests must confirm that the recipient name and address are correct.
The homeowner and management company are not responsible for lost, delayed, rejected, or returned packages. Tracked shipping is recommended.

Neighborhood Rules
This home is located in a residential vacation community. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
Parties, excessive noise, disruptive gatherings, and behavior that disturbs neighbors are not permitted. Serious violations may result in intervention by community security, local authorities, or Airbnb.

Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning, deodorizing, repair, and penalty charges.

Internet and Recreational Amenities
Wi-Fi is provided through the local or community provider. Temporary outages or reduced speeds may occur and do not qualify for refunds.
Game-room equipment and other recreational items are offered as a convenience. Due to frequent use, individual items may occasionally require maintenance or become temporarily unavailable.
