The 16,000 sq. ft. clubhouse offers a wealth of amenities, providing multiple common areas for gathering with your loved ones.
Our Townhouse comfortably sleeps 10 guests across 3 bedrooms, offering ample space for everyone. With 5 cozy beds and 2 bathrooms, you'll have all the comforts of home. Experience the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation, creating memories to last a lifetime.

Guest Access:
You will have an epass to access tha gate and a door code for a contactless check-in. The house is located very close to The Omni's Golf Club, these New Homes provide ample space while offering scenic views of the surrounding lakes and golf course, making these New Homes PERFECT for avid golfers and nature lovers!!

The Neighborhood:
You have free and full access to the absolutely complete Club House! This beautifully appointed club boasts the amenities of some of the finest resorts in the world, right in your own backyard. Featuring a 16,000 sq. ft. clubhouse complete with a full-service restaurant, including indoor and patio dining, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics room, business center, 26 seat movie theater, kids activities center, arcade room, Concierge, Guest Service/Ticket Sales and multiple common areas for gathering with family and friends, there is so much to do under one roof. When you’re ready to step outside, you’ll find our 82,000 sq. ft. pool deck where you will discover so many ways to relax, from floating around your very own zero entry heated lazy river, taking a plunge down the water slide or watching kids play in the interactive splash zone.

Getting Around:
Super easy to walk and drive around. You can even call and get the shuttle to drive you to the golf court and the Club House which always happens to offer Special Activities so you might wanna check it out while staying there! We are about 15 minutes or less to Disneyland, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Magical Kingdom, Pleasure Island, Typhoon Lagoon, Old Town, Fun Spot America, Sweet Tomatoes, Medieval Times Dinner, Shingle Creek Park. I highly recommend using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft for example. Turo is considered the Airbnb of car rentals, but if you have a foreign driver's license remember we can help you with car rental too. Orlando Magic and Theme Park tickets?
