Location was close to the Orange County Concention Center (7 minute walk). The breakfast options were hot cereal and hot coffee, we passed on that. The shower leaked the whole weekend and maintenence did not show up to fix it, which resulted in the floor boards coming up. Also, the pool was filthy all weekend. However, the room was otherwise functional.

I wasnt feeling well so the only reason i stayed. Dirty towels in bathroom , mattress was stained in the pull out and disgusting. Hallway smelled of an ungodful oder! Really not much else to say. Cant believe i paid money for that property.

This is the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! You couldn’t walk in the yard without stepping in dog poop. Booked for 5 nights left after 3 without giving me a refund. Breakfast is granola bars. I chose to stay there so I would have a kitchen, oven did not work at all and refrigerator froze everything. For four consecutive days I asked if they could get them fixed or I could change rooms they said no and maintenance would get to it when they could. We did not have a remote for our TV even! When I asked for one the second day they told me they did not have one. I also had hotel staff walk in on us at 10:45 at night, she apologized, but thought that was odd and have NEVER had that happen anywhere before. Front desk staff was nothing but rude. After 3 nights I addressed my concerns with the staff and just asked for a new room and she said I didn’t have to stay there and I could stay somewhere else if I wanted. That’s when I left. DO NOT stay here!!!

Unfortunately, this was a bad experience. There were sugar ants all over the stove and counter. The room was not clean. Dirt and smudges located on almost every wall, light socket, and light switch. The hallway and lobby smelled like weed... smelled like that both days. No bueno.

Room was dirty and the refrigerator looked like a bathroom exploded on it. When entering the building there is an overwhelming smell of the devils lettuce. This is a smoke free property but evidently not. Overall not cared for and you can tell by the way management words the letter they give you that they don’t care.

My door wouldn’t lock unless I was in the room. Alerted staff that I could t lock the door when I was leaving to go to a meeting. Came back hours later and the door was closed but still not locked. That’s not a small thing. Staff was friendly otherwise and the place was clean.

The front desk girl was lovely and so helpful. The condition of the hotel was absolutely deplorable. The first room was not clean. The bathroom was covered in splattered feces, and the nightstands had sticky residue from the past guest drinks. The carpets were stained, the ceilings were covered in water marks and patch work which indicative of mold removal. Will never stay in an extended stay again.

Stay at your own risk.
After getting my keys, I walked into a room that was already occupied. I was immediately moved to a new room and it was fine. Front Desk was helpful. It wasn't very clean, the trash in the kitchen wasn't even taken out. I only stayed for 2 nights and that's all I would be able to handle. Very loud footsteps both nights above in the middle of the night.

Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, es gab ein Muffin und Kaffee. Das ist aus meiner Sicht kein Frühstück . im Zimmer roch es regelmäßig nach frittiert fett, auf den Fluren sowieso. Der PVC Boden war klebrig, und die Matratze auf der ausklappen Couch hatte große braune Flecken.

I have never stayed at a dirtier hotel. I could not walk on the carpet in my room because it was sticky. I laid towels down all over the floor. The smell in my hallway was nauseating. There was a single dread in the corner of the elevator for the entire duration of my stay (two dreadful nights). I do not usually complain but this was horrendous and I would not wish spending the night at this hotel on my worst enemy.
