In the middle of nowhere, sink of bathroom was clogged, day later the toilet had the same problem. They did offer a roomchange without having to ask for it. Nothing to do inside hotel or in neighbourhood.

Disgusting!! I wouldn’t stay here again. Only plus it’s 5 min from SeaWorld and the water park , 14 min from Disney. But it’s a NOOO for me and they don’t clean the room everyday and bring fresh towels , they cleaned room once and fixed the bed didn’t clean the bathroom or leave clean towels

When we arrived there was no one in the receptionist when a lady arrived she gave us a card and immediately told us that they didn’t have breakfast and their coffee machine was broken, when we were going to the room the place smelled like someone was smoking, the room was dirty and it smelled bad. There was nothing we could do because it was late.

I have stayed in an Extended Stay before and it was clean and nice. So, I assumed it was the same level of service I would get. However, the room was filty. There was hair on the bed. When I requested new sheets, it still had hair on it. The floors were so dirty to the point I ended up trashing the sandals I wore around the room. The dishes that was given to me was so dirty I had to run it under extreme hot water. I couldn't get another hotel because everything was either sold out or the price had skyrocketed due to a conference. Some of the staffs we also not polite and I regret staying there. The facility itself was run down and people were smoking weed in the building.

This is by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The first two rooms assigned to me were not touched at all by a cleaner after the last visitor. The covers were off the beds towels on the floor, crumbs on the counter just dirty. After finally getting a room that was partially cleaned it stink very bad. The floor was dirty and sticky, refrigerator dirty, hair in the tub, wash cloths were darn near black. I would never stay or recommend anyone else to stay at this particular extended stay. I could not sleep comfortably so when the Sun came up I was out.

I reserved a 2 bedroom and when I got there they did not have it they were offering me a 1 bed and I waited 45 min in line I had to drive late at knight to find a different hotel The hotel did not look clean at all and smelled nasty when I walked in I don’t recommend staying hear at all

I made the reservation and then called the hotel saying I wouldnt be checking in until arpund 2 am after my bands show in tampa. They said no problem. When i arrived later that night they gave my room away and I was unable to find another hotel. Absolutely disgusting customer servive and im filing a grievance with the better business bureau.

Staff were awesome. Room was clean. At first glance even appears modern in style. Upon closer inspection the furniture was worn out and banged up. Very odd smell in hallway and different but equally odd smell when entering my room. Though the smell became unnoticeable until the next time I’d leave then return. I’d they gave the hallways and lobby area a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting this would easily be a 4 star hotel for me.

Good for quickie (trip….) to park with family
Property could use an update. Does not have shuttle like it says on Expedia site, but it’s only 5 min from SeaWorld and actually very easy to get to. Breakfast is nothing to get excited about- McDonalds and IHop are also 5 min away. Staff is wonderful! Rates were reasonable, room was decent.

Dice que el desayuno es incluido, pero no tiene la cantidad para que todos los huéspedes puedan desayunar. Los desayunos se empiezan a servir a las 6:30 am hasta 9:00 am y ya a las 7:00 am no hay desayuno. No tiene los utensilios de la cocina disponibles, solo me dieron 2 tazas, 2 tenedores y 2 cucharas. El heater no funciona el técnico no estaba disponible para arreglarlo y tampoco me pudieron cambiar de cuarto porque estaban llenos. El televisor no funcionaba. Hay un mal olor en los pasillos. En los cuatro días que estuve ahi nunca tuve servicio de limpieza.

Es un lugar sumamente insalubre. No recomendaría este sitio. Quise ahorrarme un poco de dinero y me arrepiento. Me gustaría también recalcar que me moví al hotel de al lado y este hotel mintió acerca de que hice check out y no quisieron regresarme el dinero por su culpa. Pésimo. Creo que salubridad debería estar involucrada.

Was traveling ofe business to attend an engineering conference, and though I would book an affordable room with a kitchen to reduce costs. When I got there, they claimed to be overbooked and forced me to pay for a more expensive room, and charged me a rebooking fee. They were out of most kitchen utensils. The shower was broken, so they gave me the key to another room (having broekn cabinets) to shower in. The rooms smelled terrible, I bought frebreeze to deal with it. The carpets were stained. I literally spent as little time there as possible, but couldn't book somewhere else with traveling on university funds. This hotel simply exists to squeeze money out of people with minimal effort.

I first was given a handicapped room that was not clean enough though I already prepaid for the room. I was then given another room that was cleaner, but it still had dirt in n the bathroom and the corner of the bed was dirty. The hallways smelled like smoke and place didn’t feel safe. The staff was okay, but not great. Because of a delayed flight I checked in late and the good thing is that the staff woman gave me some muffins and breakfast bars since I had not eaten all day. The positive side is that it was close to the convention center and the price was right. But, it didn’t feel clean and well-maintained. I would only recommend it if you were to stay a night and needed a place real bad.

We call three times to said that I checked in late. All the persons said that is OK but I received a call cancel my reservation just as is. When I trying to look for alternatives the hotel representative just hang up the phone. Also they told me that any reservation trough Hotels.com is NOT granted.

On the outside has a “motel” feel, but inside the rooms have been upgraded, rooms are well maintained, and the location is perfect to areas of interest for tourists. Staff is excellent and accommodating.

The property was awful!!! The cleanliness of the room was awful!! some sticky things was attached to the wall...uugh! there were spider's web as well! Gum has hardened and stuck to the wardrobe. The most awful experience I ever had. there was no hair dryer in the room and when I asked them they said they are running out of it. They also do not have a same room to keep you luggage if you arrive soon!

Upon check in the place smelled TERRIBLE, the manager checked us in, warned us hot water was out for the night and would be back on in the morning, she was polite. We went to our room, bedding was dirty (had food in it) towels were dirty, their was hair all over bathroom counter and such, we went to the lobby got fresh bedding, went to the store for cleaning supplies when we came back we saw roaches in the bathroom and our ankles were being bitten by fleas, we contacted expedia support but they were unable to help the first night.we toughed it out and cleaned the room and made fresh bed and reset bathroom ourselves. We went to univeral early morning came back to a note stating the hot water would be off for 5 days, contacted expedia support, they refunded 2/3 nights we booked. All in all the hotel was terrible, the staff was polite atleast.... would not recommend.
