I am so sorry to hear about the loud noises made by the neighbor. The resort is very strict on this and has a rule to not allow parties or loud gathering after 10pm. You could have reported to the resort directly and/or our local manager, who can log a complain to the resort which would pass that to the house owners there. Hi Phani, thank you for your comment. I am not sure why you mentioned that hottub is not working. It works fine, just that you never ordered it, as it clearly stated on the web site that the cost for outdoor hottub is optional. Also again clearly stated on the website that the quote/price is for total of 18 people, over 18 people there is an extra $20/night fee to cover the resort and utilities fees. If you had entered the accurate head count when you book the house, the fee would have been calculated for you automatically. You entered 16 people total and then wantedto bring in 22 people hence that's the extra charge even though the house can sleep up to 22-24 people with mix of adults and kids. Thanks again.

Actually all the contact info is included in the checkin instruction along with the lock codes; perhaps you missed it. Also we did mention that only 1-day supply of paper goods are provided and due to allergic concern and safety concern, we don't provide spice, shampoo, etc.. and you need to bring yourself. Hi Carol, I am truly sorry for what happened due to this unfortunate event where the valve was broken in the mid night of Saturday. Upon receiving the call, we tried our best to locate a plumber, and there were just no-one who could come at that time of the night. As soon as we were able to, we got someone to come in to fix this as soon as we could. Again I am very sorry for what happened, and have since inspected all the switches and valves in the house and fixed a ouple of more due to wear and tear. Thank you again and take care. Kenny

Hi Ashlee, thanks a lot for your comments and really appreciated this. I will be working with the management to address the cleaning issue you mentioned and will make sure the floor is to be cleaned twice, some times, once may not be enough due to the heavy use by the guests recently. We have more wash clothes in the closet by the front entrance, you could also ask my local property management and they would be happy to provide. As I mentioned in the checkin instruction, we only supply one day of paper goods, as this is not a hotel, you are responsibile to bring paper goods. Also all along we have made it clear that the outdoor pool and hottub heating are optional and you can request to turn them on with a fee. As more than 1/2 opf the guests don't need that heated since they spend more time in the parks, it would be unfair to charge everyone a fee if they don't use it. The resort hot tub normally stays open until 8-9pm, I heard this early closure was due to staff shortage as many were affected by Omicron; hopefully it will be back to normal soon.
