Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Living space
The open floor plan lets the kitchen flow straight into the living and dining areas, so cooking, lounging, and game night all happen in the same easy rhythm. A large sectional sofa anchors the living room - it can double as extra sleeping space if needed - alongside a smart TV and ceiling fan. A theme room and a separate children’s playroom give younger guests their own dedicated spaces, while a ping pong table, pool table, arcade games, and life-size games keep things lively for every age.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 7 beds. The master suite features a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower, plus direct access to the pool area. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, dual entries, a TV, and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 is done up in Toy Story decor with twin beds, smart TVs, and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 carries a Star Wars theme with a bunk bed and ceiling fan. A crib and pack ‘n play are available for the littlest travelers, along with children’s books and toys.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you need to prepare meals at home. You’ll also find a coffee maker with both drip and Keurig options, a hot water kettle, blender, toaster, baking sheet, bread maker, and wine glasses. Two four-seat dining tables make room for family mealtime or a sit-down game night. Breakfast is provided for guests during their stay.

Bathroom
Bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, a hair dryer, and hot water, with a bathtub available. The home has 2 bathrooms in total.

Outdoor & pool
Your private outdoor pool is available all year and open 24 hours, with a private spa also available year-round and open around the clock - both can be heated for an added fee. The screened, covered patio gives you shade and space to relax poolside, with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a dining area for meals in the open air. The private backyard includes a private gas BBQ grill with barbecue utensils for grilling nights, and an outdoor playground keeps kids entertained between pool sessions.

Resort-style extras
Guests also have free resort access to use nearby resort facilities, plus a shared gym in the building, tennis courts, and a children’s playground. It’s the mix of a private home base with added resort perks close by.

Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round, with ceiling fans throughout. Wifi and a dedicated workspace in its own room make it easy to stay connected or get a few things done. Please note the air conditioning is designed to automatically shut off if exterior doors are left open for more than 5 minutes as an energy-saving feature, so keeping doors closed helps maintain a consistently cool home.

You’ll have lake access via a path or dock, a private entrance, free driveway parking for 4 vehicles plus free street parking, and a laundromat nearby. The home is set in the Orlando area, convenient to the theme parks and surrounding attractions.

Pets are welcome during your stay. Self check-in is available via lockbox, and housekeeping can be arranged at an extra cost. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are also accommodated.
