After hours exploring Central Florida’s parks, you can return to your own retreat and slip into the hot tub or enjoy the comfort of the living spaces that anchor this large home.
Sleeping arrangements
With 9 spacious bedrooms arranged across two levels, there is room for everyone to settle in comfortably. Downstairs includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, while upstairs offers 7 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Several themed rooms add a playful touch, including Frozen, Harry Potter, and Encanto, giving younger guests something to look forward to each night. Bed linens, clothing storage, and essentials are provided for a relaxed stay.
Indoor living
The living room offers seating for the whole family to gather, whether enjoying a quiet moment or pairing up for games in the dedicated game room. Here you will find a pool table, foosball, an arcade game, and a game console. A TV and sound system add to the entertainment options throughout the house. With air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and home safety features such as smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms, the home is equipped for comfort and peace of mind year-round.
Kitchen and dining
A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances gives you space to prepare meals at your own pace. The adjacent dining areas, both indoor and outdoor, offer plenty of room to enjoy shared meals after long days out. Essentials and a washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

The outdoor patio includes a grill and outdoor furniture, creating an inviting setting for quiet mornings or unwinding after returning from nearby attractions. Guests also have free access to community amenities within the ChampionsGate area, including the water park, lazy river, fitness center, playground, and additional recreational spaces.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities.
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have one ring flood cameras on garage (upper right in garage) not intended to record you or your guests.
