Fully equipped kitchen with new under counter lighting, plenty of dishware, casual al fresco dining plasticware, glassware, silverware, stemware, cookware, staple stocked panty, filtered water/ice maker, new Keurig coffee maker with stocked regular/decaf coffee and tea, and new toaster/convection/grill/air fryer oven. Additional coffee makers, blender, tea kettle, mixer, crock pot, pots/pans, sharp quality kitchen knives, and all commonly used cooking utensils.

The luxuriously large 28’ x 14’ private heated pool is surrounded by tropical trees and bushes offering wonderful views of the golf course. The pool has 2 white vinyl privacy fences on both sides of the property. Pool has stainless steel entry handrail. Enjoy the Florida sunshine during the day, and breezy evenings that provide the ultimate in relaxation! All the joys and comforts are here on the pool deck for you and your guests: poolside loungers, tables and chairs, toy box full of pool toys & floats, and plenty of fluffy pool towels. The private lanai with lighted ceiling fan overhead, sun roller shades, 2 patio umbrellas, two round tables that each seats 6 for al fresco dining. Our large stainless steel gas barbecue is perfect for outdoor grilling. Extra propane provided.

The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March stays). A child pool safety fence is provided for your safety and peace of mind.

Games Room with pool table and table tennis (ping pong)conversion top, premium air hockey table & foosball table, dart board, games table for Chess, Checkers and Backgammon. Fresh and fun large wall decorations and movie posters with plenty of bar stools. Games room is comfortable and cooled by heat pump and adjustable speed fans. Fully insulated garage door keeps the temperature comfortable.
