Fijne locatie. Wat je nodig hebt zit in de buurt. De outlet is op loopafstand. Daarnaast ook een centrale locatie voor alle andere bezienswaardigheden in en rond Orlando. Er is op de parkeerplaats altijd een parkeerplek te vinden. Het hotel is netjes en het zwembad wordt ook netjes onderhouden. Enige puntje van kritiek is de hygiëne van de kamers. De douche had echt wel een paar keer een doekje kunnen gebruiken en het beddengoed was op dag 5 nog niet verschoond. Wat wel fris was geweest. Maar na vragen of dat kon werd het meteen geregeld. Het personeel is vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam.

Great location and reasonably priced. Nice pools area. They had everything you needed. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in pump bottles was very nice and convenient. Dog friendly hotel. Bed was comfortable and two types of pillow choices. I prefer the foam pillows over the feathers. Temperature in room was good and controlled from wall thermostat. I'd stay again if the price remains reasonable.

Having multiple computer issues. Could not get keys to work. It took 3 trips down stairs and 3 different rooms before we could gain entry into a room. Then while returning one evening we were locked out again. Could not purchase breakfast another day because of computer issues.

Hotel could not provide room keys for the first whole day as the computers were down staff had to let us in every time . AC unit leaked in our room causing carpet to be wet . Elevators consistently down and non operational . Pull out couch very uncomfortable and springs popping out ! Definitely needs improvements

The rooms are comfortable but there is no water preasure in the shower at all ao be prepare to spent more time in there, the sink looks like those from a public bathroom and aater splashes everywhere, no shower caps, the pillows are horrible, staff not friendly at all, in fact, the girl on the front desk looked like she was bothered the we arrived and gave us no explanation as for the hotel's amenities or services. It's definitely not worth the price at all.

Excellent hotel, reasonable, very clean and well kept. Pros: made to order breakfast everyday (included in rent) and not that frozen buffet crap you get most places, very courteous and helpful staff, heated pool, superb housekeeping, onsite restaurant and bar, great location - 20 min from airport, Disney and universal and 10 from sea world and Disney spring, also free shuttle to one of the parks. Cons: for some reason it was hard to get someone on the phone, be it front desk or guest services. V strange.

No eye contact at all and the worst part was when he handed the room key to me with nothing to say at all and no eye contact !! Are we in a 3rd world country now?? Where has customer service gone?? After a long disastrous day with the flight , car rental and then this !!?? So unacceptable!! I haven’t stayed in a Holiday Inn for a long long time and this will be the last time !! The room is nice, but in trying to include everything within the room, it gets choked up. If someone is by the "kitchen" sink, they have to move for someone else to open the bathroom door, or if you're using the closet or you're sitting on the bed, and someone enters the bedroom, they will hit you. Also, most hotels have a tiled/hard floor area where you separate the "shoe area" from the comfort/living area where you can walk around barefoot or with just socks, but this entire room was carpeted which gave the impression that people would have worn shoes throughout. I got a queen suite (booked a king suite) on the 6th floor. The weather was cold and wet. After getting drenched outside, a warm shower would be nice, but for hot water you'd have to wait a good 3 minutes or more for the shower... for the sink... forget it. Also, wifi sucked up there. Something should really be done about that. Aside from all that pessimism, I did enjoy the room.

One of the worst experience I had. I reached there at 1:30 in the night and they just tell me that we are booked and cannot give me a room inspite of the fact that I prepaid for the room. This is just pathetic from Holiday Inn. Thanks to Expedia they quickly initiated refund

Property location was good for shopping and was in a quiet area. However, some of the staff was very rude and did not provide all the information necessary at check-in. Cleaning was very poor as we had to keep asking for towels everyday and some days although we left around 11am and then took off our DND sigh, no cleaning was done. So upon return from a long day, had to go down to front desk for towels as house cleaning was said to have left for the day and then deal with very unprofessional and rude staff. Clearly some of the staff with the exception of one needs proper training. We rented a suite on top floor so we cud have the pull out sofa for a 5th family member, the mattress was terrible and noisy and we resorted to just sleeping on it as a couch. Signage was poor, the laundry room on the 5th floor was in the ice room and there were no sign saying this. Cost for laundry differed from what was stated on the information sheet. After going to another Holiday Inn immediately after my stay here i noticed a vast difference in their service being much much better.
