Mooie kamer met prima bedden. Uiterst vriendelijk personeel die er alles aan doen om het naar je zin te maken. Voor Amerikaanse begrippen een goed ontbijt. Heerlijk rustig en toch dichtbij winkelcentra en attractie parken.

We had a great stay this weekend! Very kid friendly with spacious rooms & kitchenette with a dishwasher if needed. It was an 10 out of 10 for us, already recommended it to friends & will be coming back again soon!

Fernseher defekt. Geschirrspülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt. Das Klappsofa mussten wir selber beziehen. Es gab keine Seife zum Händewaschen und kein Geschirrspülhandtuch. Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

We requested a sheet, blanket, and pillow for the pull out sofa. First, I called and waited an hour. Then, I went down to the front desk. They eventually brought a blanket to the room. So, we made do with it. Our room was missing the bag that was supposed to contain all of that. Otherwise it was a great property.

Check in was terrible, we were provided a different room than what was booked for coz they were overbooked. Front desk offered a refund for the first night(pending manager's approval), but they denied refund later coz they say they upgraded my room for the next 2 nights without my consent. Anyways I could not use the upgraded room so that does not fix the inconveniences caused during the first night and check in. I will not book this property again. Hotel is clean and quiet, average breakfast, very limited parking. They do not have full kitchen as they advertise on the site, so do not book if you are looking for a full-kitchen.

The room was just perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. Close to universal and they offer a free shuttle to and from the parks. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great property if you are going to Universal Studios. In town for the PGA show at the convention center. A little off the beaten path. 15 minutes with traffic. Staff was great. Rooms are great for an extended stay.

Attention to Detail is Lacking
Elevator floors and hallway carpets were dirty with paper fibers, lint and unknown debris. Never cleaned in the four day stay. Bathroom had hairs from the previous guests. Like all Home2 locations, the breakfast selection has gone downhill in the past two years. Very limited fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. No microwave in breakfast area to re-heat the cold egg selections kept in an unheated plastic box. Desk staff was excellent, efficient and friendly. Time to consider other extended stay hotels, as the Home2 brand has slipped in quality and amenities.

The hotel was great. The suite had everything I needed . I have a dairy and gluten allergy. There was almost nothing I can eat. Everything had cheese on it or backed in it. I even asked do you have eggs with no cheese and the answer was no. So I had to scrape the cheese off the eggs. I also had the oatmeal which was water based so I was ok with that .

We’ve stayed at other Home2 Suites before without any incidents, so it is with disappointment that I write this bad review. Knowing we were going to be late in checking in, I called ahead and requested late check=in to make sure they knew we’re coming and wouldn’t give our room away. Much to my dismay, when we got to hotel after a very long day at the park, we weren’t getting the room we requested (2 queen beds) and tried to give us one king bed. Apparently, that type of room had been overbooked. They offered to book us in the sister hotel across the street but we did not have a car and wouldn’t be able to move our luggage or get there. On top of that, the room they were going to place us in was a regular hotel room and not what we paid for. The other similar hotel was booked up. We had no choice but to stay at the hotel. We spoke with another guest who had a similar situation and overheard another guest who didn’t get clean towels he’s requested for two days. Not the agent’s fault as he relayed message to housekeeping. Not only did we not get the room we purchased but I was paranoid about the cleanliness of the room. Note the agent, Vishal, was working alone tonight and was wrought with issues from different guests. He remained calm and professional and tried his best to accommodate every issue. He didn’t fight me when I refused his offer or when I demanded that I’m not charged for room. I would not stay here or recommend until management gets their act together.
