The Space:

This spacious 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom house offers ample room for relaxation and entertainment. With a modern open-concept layout, guests will enjoy a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for family meals. The private screened pool beckons for sun-soaked afternoons, while the lush backyard provides a peaceful retreat.



Guest Access:

Guests will have complete access to the entire home, including the backyard and private screened pool, ensuring a comfortable and private stay.



There is a Loft Upstairs that is Seperate from the House that has its own private entrance. We don’t have guests staying there all the time, but the Guests that we allow to stay at the Loft are the owner’s family and friend’s. We always background checked and screen guests regardless.

Conveniently located near major highways, the property is a 20-25 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and key attractions. Ample driveway parking is available, and ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily accessible.



Other Things to Note:

Please respect our quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and we ask that only registered guests use the property.
