I have to keep a rating of 4.5/5 or 9/10 for a premier host, so am a little disappointed with 4/5 as the balconies are the same everywhere except the most expensive 1665ft sq. feet places, and have two tables on the balconies for two chairs each for the breakfast area but this only can sit 4 people on the balcony in total. You did book with two adults and 2 children. The larger more expensive apartments do have larger balconies. Our is ground floor (or first floor (USA/Canada) anyway and also has slightly larger balconies. So slightly surprised at that. But the most important thing is your stay. and I am glad you had it. Hi Claire Yes we have the key at the back of the condo as Bahama Bay Resort are making it difficult for people who dont allow them to book their untis (it costs 25% on every booking you make) to bans all key locks etc. They are making this very difficult. I will add where the actual key is located in the new information that is sent out Cheers Russ

Well to be honest that is your fault, regarding the second floor, as you never asked. The other question. you did qyuestion was. I just wanted to make sure that this is on the side where the water is.? My reply was. "The nearest pool is 50 yds away, but we are at the opposite end from the lake and beach and restaurant. We are block 34. on the map. and attached a map. I will investigate the hair and debris, but as you have clearly misinforming people in your review, I will take this on the chin as another fabrication. Russ

Thank Connie I will be writing to them today. There is a special key lock just outside the home hidden. Unfortunately if you are not in the Bahama Bay Vacasa booking system which they give you some booking but you must give 25% to them on the revenue for your own revenues, so most people have left to keep inflated prices down, they are making awkward, so we have one hidden lock key in the pation as the HOA will not allow this. I have no idea why. They have also recently banned use of the gym in the clubhouse?? So instead of attracting business, they are punishing people away. People still in the scheme will have to let their prices higher, as they only get 75% of revenue plus all the VRBO money taken as their business scheme So i guess all owners are doing their best. Hi Jen Why did you not you the key for the front door? I gave you the code to take the key out, so you didn't have to use the key lock, so you could lock the door with the key? You did not message me back after that. So it may have been 5 days from the management company. I don't know i am not privy to it, but i certainly messaged you with the details in a day. Funny how all the other guests (and the one after) didn't have this problem with locking the door?. I am sorry you were unhappy. I tried my best. There is nothing wrong with the bedroom bed, but I understand the kitchen walls need a lick of paint but are not dirty. I am doing that in December as there are no spaces before then, and it isn't seen as an urgent issue. The TV i think may have blown a fuse or something during the hurricane. Sorry about that, it is being replaced

Hi Ian. Thanks for the review. If the hurricane came before I would have given you the refund. You can claim via VRBO liability insurance, or Travel Insurance, just like i have building insurance for hurricanes. It is silly or me not to do that, and go for the basics. I have refunded people when something has been wrong with the condo, or has been my fault or even the management company's fault, but i won't refund something that is out of my control unless a hurricane was arriving on your arrival. I have even done that. But you can't blame the owner if you don't take insurance against hurricanes at this time of year especially. Russ

I am sorry about the noisy neighbors. Sometimes another guest a very disrespectful.. I did not hear from you though or the management company. But as it is a different condo, the complaint has to be made at the reception as guest behaviour is ultimate controlled by Vacasa. If I would have known I would have complained on your behalf, so really poor reviews ruin the algorithm for you listing I wish I would had known so could have done something about it
