Dit prachtige en ruime huis met negen slaapkamers / vijf badkamers zal zeker indruk op u maken vanaf het moment dat u aankomt. De ruime leefruimte is perfect voor grote groepen of families. De open keuken is volledig uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft voor een comfortabel en ontspannen verblijf. Beneden heb je een slaapkamer met een queensize bed, een slaapkamer met een kingsize bed. Boven heb je vier slaapkamers met een queensize bed. Een slaapkamer met twee aparte bedden. Een Mickey-themakamer met een stapelbed van 1 of 2 bedden. Een geweldige slaapkamer met sportthema met 3 grote bedden. Een full-size wasmachine en droger zijn thuis voor uw gebruik, maar we bieden geen wasmiddel, dus houd daar rekening mee bij het voorbereiden van uw reis. Geniet van de zolder van boven voor een film met uw familie en vrienden of bekijk het privézwembad met spa op het terras met een grill. Optionele add-ons voor uw verblijf: u kunt het zwembad laten verwarmen tegen een meerprijs van $ 60.

Zero stars! Leaking AC unit, Sliding door does not lock, etc! Not safe or secure for anyone!

If I could give negative stars I would. The unit is horrible & so is the management team. For starters, the check in process was chaos as we were not given an address to the main gate and were riding around for almost an hour trying to find it. The passes that we were given to enter the gate did not work so anytime we left and came back we had to call security to let us in. When we arrived to the unit, we instantly noticed damages. The remotes do not have caps over the batteries so if you have young children I do not recommend as this is a hazard. There’s scratches and scraps all over the walls. There was a blind missing in the master bedroom bathroom so you have no privacy in the restroom as everyone by the pool could see you. Upstairs by the AC unit there was a puddle of water. We were puzzled as to where this came from but we found out once the ceiling began to split open. Their AC unit has a leak in it and water was continuously dripping on us as we walked by. There was a puddle of water on the floor as well. This place is unsafe & they do not care and the safety and security of their guest. When I informed management of the issues on the property, they sent maintenance over who tried to blame me and my guest for the AC issue. As you can see in the previous reviews, someone else mentioned the AC unit issue months ago. You can literally look at the ceiling and see the new paint over the old repairs. This is a recurrent issue that they poorly fix or never address. HORRIBLE!

problem with our stay

the property was ok just a few problem's the slide door leading out to the pool area does not lock that's very dangerous for the family while we are sleeping. The Refrigerator ice maker didn't dispense any ice . We put in for maintenance to come out to fix the problem they never came out also the up stair AC unit was leaking water on the carpet we had to put towel on the floor to soak up the water which made the carpet smell we put in for maintenance to come out that time they came out and suck out a drain line. I have rented through vrbo many times but this time i was not pleased. Please fix the back slide door lock for security purpose

Nice home, definitely needs some up keep. The 9 bedroom home only has 1 water heater. Therefore only so much warm water before it runs out. We all had to take cold showers due to no warm water. Maintenance was out the following day, however reiterated what we had already discovered. To many people for the 1 water heater.

Misleading information

The wash was broke which I feel that should have been told to us before check-in. I took pictures of everything when I arrived the scoff marks on the walls and the pool gate etc I felt it could have been a little cleaner since two of the kids have allergies and asthma. Also it was the 4th of July weekend and I called about the propane tank being almost empty and they told me to purchase one and send them the receipt and they would reimburse me but I feel like it’s a holiday weekend the property should have been better prepared. There were cigarettes buds by the front garage can weave.. old straws , ants. Spider webs in the master bathroom along with two spiders some broken items in the house I did notice that need to be repaired and also a risk for the guest staying there of getting hurt. The club house was not on the property but a little drive but I was given the wrong directions by the gate person. I made the best out of this trip as I could. I like staying at Solterra better than Champion Gate. Will be booking differently next year. I don’t usually do reviews but this should not go unnoticed. Be carful and READ EVERYTHING!

NOT THE BEST

THE HOUSE IS NICE AND SPACIAOUS BUT NOTHING WAS PROVIDED, NO TOILET PAPER, COFFEE, COFFEE BAG, GARBASH BAG, THE BASIC ESSENTIAL EVEN FOUND IN A MOTEL. THE BBQ WAS FALLING APART AND HASNT BEEN CLEAN IN YEARS GREEZE ALL OVER THE FLOOR. IT WAS A HORRIBLE STAY.

Beautiful home!

Loved this property, house and pool were a vacation in itself! Very clean home.. We all enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely book again! The only complaint I have is the slow response from the managing office .

Amazing Home

This home was everything. Each bedroom was way better than the pictures shown. House was super clean as well. Only thing I would say is there wasn’t enough towels and washcloths for the people it holds so bring your own. Overall amazing.

My Experience

When we arrived there was trash on the porch and the walls were dirty in the kitchen area. But other than that, the stay was good. I had to contact a representative for a few things and “Mia” was the rep i spoke with. She was extremely nice and helpful! I’m a fan of customer service and she made the negatives seem irrelevant due to how nice she was regarding things. If rented, ask for the wifi booter. Large families will have issues concerning the internet. We did.

Communication is terrible and isn’t as advertised

Renting this home was a task within itself! Upon arrival of the home the easiest part of this rental was the check in process! But once checked in the nightmare began! The bedrooms had mattresses basically on the floor and not on actual bed frames as pictures of the property displayed! There were ants all over the property that we called and complained about and were told maintenance would be out and no one ever came to spray. The home was not the cleanest it looks as if someone just ran through the property quickly to get it ready for the next guest! I own a cleaning company that does rental property so I know what needs to be cleaned in and out and it wasn’t! The home was located in the back area of the housing complex and was very loud and obnoxious with the guest that were around. Called the management office on several occasions and were told different things each time about how a manager was not on duty and that someone from management would call us and we still have not received a call from a member of management. The wifi in the house is not what is displayed on the check in board had to call for that also which they gave a completely different wifi name and password and the wifi is basically like not having wifi at all. We were also charged $100 for towels that they say were left in poorly condition and sent a picture that had one small spot on a towel. I’m not understanding how that equates to $100. For the hard earned money that was spent on this home I would never recommend renting this home from this company! The customer service was completely horrible with the exception of one young lady that actually empathized with what we were going through on the last day of our stay after 10-15 calls. And by the way the jets in the hot tub don’t work if you’re thinking about getting inside of the hot tub! Still waiting for a manager to contact as I write this review! Hopefully it gets to the board for others to see it.

Could be a good property, but is AWFUL!

Looking at the home by pictures it is beautiful, spacious and luxurious even! When you walk in, totally different experience!!! The day we checked in the AC unit for downstairs stopped working. We had to place several calls to the property management group to get them out. And then it went down hill from there. We had horrible ants in the house, they attacked one person in the house where they had bites all over their feet, they were in beds and all over clothes. We called management about the ants 10 times and never received a call back. We had to go that evening and buy bug spray to even get relief. It was not until 2 days later did they call back to come out and spray. We had a broken couch, a chair broke when someone sat in it, scratches on almost every wall. The house says it is equipped for 23 people, we had 6 spoons, 8 forks, and 8 coffee mugs. Not enough basics. We didn’t have enough towels at check in! They have 4 pool towels, so bring your own.

Vaca for my son's 25th Bday

There were 13 of us staying...quick walk thru was great. After unpacking saw issues..no wifi and my son had school, pool not turned on paid for heated, sink in kitchen broken and and everywhere!!! Called number to get assistance but nobody ever called back eventhough I said it was an emergency...not cool!! The house is really nice and well stocked with almost everything. Had to buy a mop and grill brush. Overall had a ball tho

Bad management.

Our check in weren’t as smooth. We waited in a long line just to find out our names weren’t on the guest list. Property management never put our names on the list when we had submitted every drivers name three times through the email. We had also requested pool heat before our arrival and pool was not heated. We had called everyday for the past 3 days and all we got was, we are putting a request right now for someone to come to the house and check it out. No one ever came so on the 4th day of our stay we gave up. Never got a refund back also. House was overall nice but a few things needed to be fix. Garage door didn’t work, one of the rooms the tv didn’t work, couch and chairs weren’t sturdy. And there were red ants everywhere. The pool area had a lot of ant holes. The kids ended up with a lot of rashes on their skin. Not sure if it’s from the pool or ants or both. The house also had bad service, we couldn’t make or receive any calls. WiFi pw didn’t work, had call them to reset it for us and they gave us a new login and pw. But overall we made the best of our stay.

No WI-Fi & No 6 bathrooms

This house is nice but if you need WI-FI it DOES NOT HAVE IT. I've called management the next day because when I arrived the office was closed to let them know about wi-fi and was told that someone will come to fix. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I couldn't do work on my laptop or use my tablets. Also it states it has 6 bathrooms but it doesn't.
