Luxe op zijn best! Fantastisch nieuw huis gebouwd in 2019! 8 slaapkamer 5 badkamer gelegen in het glamoureuze Champions Gate Resort. Modern ingerichte vakantiehuis is zeker te exciteren, want het biedt veel ruimte voor uw familie en vrienden. Onze keuken is volledig voor u ingericht! BBQ bij het zwembad! Dit huis biedt plaats aan 24 gasten.

Champions Gate Resort ligt op 15 minuten van Disney World !!

Mooie 8 slaapkamers, 5 badkamers Champions Gate Lakefront huis, 3.812 m² vakantie verhuur perfect voor uw gezin! Dit huis heeft een op het westen gelegen zwembad / SPA die u veel zon, speelkamers en bioscopen biedt. Het zwembad en de spa zijn verwarmd en hebben dezelfde temperatuur. De spa is geen bubbelbad.
De eerste verdieping biedt een open woonkamer met een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een formele eetkamer en informele eetruimtes, plus een grote woonkamer. De eettafel biedt plaats aan 10 personen en de ontbijtbar biedt plaats aan 5 personen. De woonkamer is de thuisbasis van een grote tv en comfortabele stoelen. Ga door glazen deuren naar de Lanai met op het westen gelegen verwarmd zwembad, spillover spa en buiten zitten ideaal om te zonnebaden en buiten dineren.
De begane grond biedt een master suite met een kingsize bed met eigen badkamer en een slaapkamer met een queensize bed. Een van de badkamers heeft een deur die rechtstreeks verbonden is met het zwembad voor uw gemak. Alle kamers hebben een thema! De overige zes slaapkamers bevinden zich op de tweede verdieping. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers voor kinderen, elk met drie eenpersoonsbedden. Drie van de overige slaapkamers hebben queensize bedden en hebben allemaal extra bedden. De tweede verdieping heeft een badkamer in gezinsstijl en twee jack n jill-baden.
De tweede verdieping heeft ook een tweede woonkamer met een slaapbank en een ongelooflijke filmkamer met 8 comfortabele stoelen.
Bijgewerkt clubhuis van bijna 10.000 vierkante meter! Wanneer u de receptie binnengaat, heeft u altijd een telefoniste om al uw vragen te beantwoorden. Je geeft een VIP-behandeling in het zwembad, verhoogt gewoon de vlag van de ligstoel en een begeleider ontvangt je verzoek.
Champions Gate is uitgeroepen tot "Beste openbare golfclub in Orlando" door en behoort tot de top 50 van golfclubspelers ter wereld. Het beschikt over een golfbaan met 18 holes, terwijl de volgende deur nog eens 36 holes heeft ontworpen door de architect en golfer Greg Norman.

Great place we were able to book so multiple families could stay while evacuating for Hurricane Ian. Finding the right gate to check in was a bit confusing but the property manager cleared it up quickly.

We had a good time. It was a little difficult to get to the club house if using the shuttle, of course it’s a big community so that make sense. Communication with VRBO so far was good and timely.

Bedbugs Infestation

To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.. I didn’t want to leave this review but I wasn’t given another choice. I have sent numerous amounts of messages to the management team expressing my concerns to which I was ignored and was told “ hope to see you guys soon”. My family and I recently rented this property from July 16 - 23. On the first night of our arrival one of the bedrooms upstairs was infested with bedbugs. We did not realized it until we were getting ready for bed which was after midnight. I attempted to call the property manager for what seem like forever until I finally was able to reach “Bruno”. We sent videos and picture evidence of the bedbugs and we expressed how we no longer felt comfortable with staying at the residence. He stated he would try to find us another property to relocate to but to our surprise he never did. According to him there was no other rentals available. We had the option of getting a refund and leaving or leaving our property for 5 hours while an “exterminator” came in and killed the bugs. My family and I expressed to him that the first option did not suit us because our trip was booked in advanced, theme park tickets paid for, some of our party traveled from other states, etc.. it just didn’t make sense for us to leave when we have put in so much for this long awaited trip. However we did feel like we should receive some sort of compensation due to the inconveniences we all encountered. I express that to Bruno and he stated he would reach out to his manager to see what compensation they could provide. We were told the exterminator would be arriving first thing in the morning and he didn’t show up until 6:30PM. Our first two days were pretty much ruined due to this unforeseen problem. The exterminator show us pictures and videos of the infestation and told us how bad it really was. He stated no one would be allowed to use that room and “sealed” it off using towels and plastic bags. The mattress was removed from the rental and taken away. We never received a replacement bed or at least an air mattress from DTB Florida Realty. The guest who were suppose to be staying in that room slept on the floor for the entire week. My messages to Bruno went unanswered and I am still waiting for a response, I’ve requested to speak with a supervisor but my request has gone unanswered. And with that NEVER trust a “business” who tells you to leave them a good review and you’ll receive a discount for your next stay.

Absolutely Amazing Experience

We were not only pleasantly surprised that the home exceeded our expectations, both in cleanliness and just overall comfort, but the entire property is great. Very safe and family oriented. House is perfect size! 😁

This is a very nice house however it is need of some TLC, the carpets are dirty, the walls have been patched and not painted the same color, One of the pull out beds had hard sticky candy stuck to it (we took it off because we needed the bed) another bed has food up between the mattress and wall. The post states sleeps 30, but there is not enough silverware or seating to accommodate that many. There isn’t some of the necessities that I feel should have been there, no dustpan, no hot pads, no toaster, which I had asked about and you said because they draw Cockroaches but there are already cockroaches in this house. We rented the house for 6 days and there were only 4 garbage bags so we had to buy a whole package of bags for a couple of days, and I feel like having some aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, baggies toilet paper, paper towels, etc would have been nice without having to buy complete packages to add to our luggage. There also isn’t enough towels for 30 people to shower or use the pool. There are 2 chairs at the table that the bolts that hold the seat to the legs poke you in the butt, the furnishings are definitely on the cheaper side and uncomfortable. The house photos online are not current, our grandsons was so excited to sleep in the sponge bob room and the decal was not there, I know this is a small thing but it was a big thing to him. The recliners in the game room are not at all comfortable, when reclined the leg rest is slanted and hurts the back of your legs I feel like they are bent or partially broken. I would stay there again however it would nice to see it clean and comfortable as well as some of the day to day toiletries be there and not something we had to go buy! I am by no means trying to give a bad review, I would just like to see this house be more customer friendly. We didn’t like having to run to the store several times to get somethings that we assumed would be there. In all I will recommend this place and company, however I would like to see them put some of the money back into the property. We are already planning our next trip! Thank you and I’m just telling you these things to maybe help you improve what you have. Best regards.

Overall it was a wonderful experience, the property manager was super friendly, helpful and responsive all the time. We found some dirty clothes behind a bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms, but besides that, everything was outstanding. Cleaning can definitely improve a little but I will definitely plan vacation at this location again.

The property was beautiful and beds were comfy. They had everything you needed in the kitchen! There was something to do all the time. My only complaint is that I was charged $100 for a urine stain that I KNOW my 25 year old niece didn't leave. I only noticed the stain on the mattress and not the sheets as I stripped every bed before we left. Please check mattresses before you settle in or you may be charged fraudulently like I was!

Great Family Home

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The kids had a great time. Plenty of space for the kids to play and plenty to do between the game room, theater room, private pool, and neighborhood pools/lazy river. The communication with property manager was quick and efficient. There were some damaged pool sticks that they quickly replaced. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 was the overall cleaning. Though the basics were completed and cleaned, the home could use a deep clean. There were places that dust had accumulated in the kitchen and on decorations throughout the home. There was even a stain/smear on the sides of one of the beds. The baseboards and walls could use a cleaning but it didn’t impact our overall stay! This is a great place for families with kids of all ages.

Vacation with the ENTIRE family

A successful family vacation! We all had so much fun there! If you have a large group, this is the place for you. This place was able to accommodate all of our family members comfortably. We traveled with multiple families and each family was able to have their own room that was big enough for them. If you’re thinking of renting with a large group, I’d suggest bringing your own towels. The only other thing I’d suggest is that the photos of the bedrooms and baths should have a description of whether it’s upstairs, downstairs, a queen or a king. Check in was easy, messaging back and forth with the property manager before booking and days leading up to the date was smooth. My questions were always answered in a timely manner, even after hours! Thank you so much!
