Stunning 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Themed Home with Splash Pool and Picturesque Lakeview!

We wish you a warm welcome to this magical 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom town home with private splash pool overlooking the peaceful lake in Bella Vida Resort. The charm of Orlando’s exciting theme parks is sprinkled around the beautifully furnished home. From the flying keys of Harry Potter, Philosopher’s Stone in the hallway to Moana prints in the upstairs bathroom; every detail has been carefully crafted for your exciting family vacation. As you enter, you’ll be greeted with a cozy living room area with comfortable sofas and wall mounted smart TV. This open plan area is adjacent to a 6-seater dining table and full kitchen with breakfast bar. All appliances, cookware, crockery, and utensils are available for your use, including a Keurig coffee maker. There is a Harry Potter king bedroom on the main floor with accompanying Harry Potter themed bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. A Beauty & The Beast themed master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom is up the stairs on the right. On the left, there’s a Disney themed bedroom with two full-size beds, and a Star Wars themed bedroom with a twin and a full-size bed. The Moana themed shared bathroom is just outside those two bedrooms. All bedrooms have smart TVs and ceiling fans. All bathrooms have walk-in showers, vanity units and a good amount of storage space. There are stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs to keep the little ones safe. Your very own private pool area has a picturesque view of the lake. There’s a BBQ grill and the pool can be heated as optional extras. There are several parking spaces directly outside the end unit town home with a limit of 4-vehicles permitted through the gate.


Located in Bella Vida Resort, including the magnificent clubhouse that spans over 6,700 square feet with a community pool. There are also 15 acres of gorgeous lakes, a cyber café, game room for the kids, basketball courts, volleyball, walking trails, places for picnics, playground for little ones and spectacular Italian gardens. All the onsite facilities are included with your stay. The gate has 24/7 security for your peace of mind. There is a Walmart Supercenter only 0.6 miles away.

We are the property managers, as well as the host for your stay. Rest assured; you will be well looked after from booking to leaving after a well enjoyed vacation. Access to the home is 24/7. You will be provided with a unique access code that will only be provided to you for your stay.

A pack n play, highchair and park stroller are available. Please request this when you book if you would like to use them during your stay.

There is a BBQ grill located at the home. If you would like to enjoy the use of it, we only require a $65 one-time rental/cleaning fee. Please note this is otherwise a self-service amenity and our guests will need to refill the propane tanks when required.

If you fancy a warm dip in the pool, please inquire about our rates to heat the pool as an optional extra. We're happy to discuss how you'll benefit from the heated pool and whether it is recommended for the time of year you are staying.
