- The minimum age required to book this listing is 18 years old.

- Smoking is not permitted in the listing.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Events are not permitted.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

Check out by 10am.

- The houses are complete, including bed, table and bath linen. There is 1 set of sheets available per bed and 1 bath towel per person, within the standard occupancy limit of the house.

- The house will be delivered clean and tidy and must be returned in order. Any damage found in the house will be reported to the person responsible for the reservation.

- Check-in and check-out times must be strictly adhered to, with no possibility of early check-in or last-minute late check-out.

- In front of the house there is a plastic bench (trunk type) where garbage must be deposited for collection. Remembering that all garbage must be stored in tightly closed bags before being placed in this deposit, ok. A fine imposed by the condominium will be charged for garbage left inside the house and/or not stored correctly.

- Parking is strictly prohibited on the streets of the condominium, subject to towing and fines, which are the responsibility of the guests.

Townhomes, cars must be parked in spaces in front of the houses or non-exclusive spaces spread throughout the condominium and Single Family houses must be parked on the ramp, in the garage (if available) and in visitor spaces spread throughout the condominium.
