There are many incorrect statements about this review. Some of these complaints are unfair or wrong. My guess is this is a first-time VRBO renter. Toilet paper is almost never guaranteed on a VRBO. I have run two VRBOs for over 10 years and rent VRBOS for my own family and Almost no one has the time or resources to guarantee TP. At no time did we ask this client or any other to clean our house. Our cleaners do it in between renters. We do ask our clients to put their dirty sheets in the washing machine to help our cleaners. Thats it. It's just a request. This is a common practice and do this myself every time I rent. This house has normal wear and tear but it is always cleaned and we upgraded regularly. Please check all the really good reviews prior to this one. Yes we do have to water damage in certain spots which get fixed when we can but house does look pretty close to as is. The kitchen pictures are correct... and do match the actual kitchen. We did change some pictures in the kitchen and other various aesthetics. To be frank I do not know we she wrote that our kitchen does not match the pictures. Last, the mattress on the beds are not that old and have been replaced within the past couple of years. I will ask my property manager to check them again but we replaced all the mattresses in our house relatively recently. Our renter prior to this one was a month-long renter that has stayed in this house for 6 years out of the last 8 and he would have let us know if they were in poor condition. We never received a complete from this renter or any notice of dissatisfaction. That said we will double-check everything personally again.

We are very disappointed with this review and to be frank feel it's unfair. First, we were not contacted by the renter at any time so if there were dissatisfaction my property and I were unaware. Secondily this renters dissaction is most about things like supplies (Garbage bags/TP. Dishwashing detergent & so forth) which we cannot guarantee to stock. My property manager and cannot do not have the resources to go shopping for each renter. Yes sometimes people leave supplies which is great but in 12 years of managing rental properties we have never offered this. So it's a very unfair criticism. If this renter would have called our property manager they would have installed a new pool filter that day since they do all the pool cleanings. No one was notified. This renter said our reviews are 'mixed' and she was taking a chance on us...not correct. The three preceding reviews from the weeks prior were all 5-star reviews! We have more reviews that most properties.

We were surprised by this review. No complaints were made by the renter to myself or our property manager. I think everyone knows that toilet paper is not something that can be stocked up for every new renter. Often homes have supplies left by previous renters. We have the house cleaned /carpets cleaned often and we continually make upgrades/replacements when we feel it's appropriate ( monthly & quarterly). We have not been told the beds we squeaky before but will be checking them since we have not received this complaint from anyone prior.

This review was written 13 plus months after this guest stayed with us. Most of this was addressed in 2021 or is not applicable today. I am not sure why she decided to write this review so late..... The renter was informed of the painter would have to go back to finish touching us a previously initiated paint job during their stay and per my property manager they said it was ok. If she would have complained we could have rescheduled. We did get new towels after this feedback...lots of them. FYI - some renters do not like to wash and reuse towells. But currently there is an abundance. The trash can was full due to her visit on Wed after the last guests left and as trash collection is on a Monday would have been emptied the next Monday. There is nothing we can due given her arrival date and departure date. Her comment about the dirty floors I cannot reconcile. No complaint was made to our property managers during their stay. If so we would have promptly had them cleaned. nor have anyone complained that has rented the house in the 13 months since her departure. This home is actively rented but it's also cleaned in between all renters and if there is a problem our property manager trys to address immedietely if notified.
