Best vacation ever!

The house was amazing! From the personal touches, coffee and waffle bar, treats and snacks to the floatation devices for the littles to the awesome game room for our older boys, secret room for the babies and everything between. Our stay could not have been better! Everything was perfect. Our grandchildren had the best time ever! The owners were very attentive and thought of everything and every detail was covered. We will certainly be staying again in the future!

This was simply an amazing stay

This magical Disney-esque home provided an unforgettable trip. The attention to detail is remarkable, especially for the children. The play kitchen tucked under the stairs is pure genius, and the games and toys provided a show of real thoughtfulness. From the slides into the game room and the Harry Potter-themed bunk room, to the beautiful theater, every detail is breathtaking. And the location is unbeatable - a quick 20-minute trip to Disney! After long park days, the hot tub and pool offered perfect relaxation, and the clubhouse is an added bonus. I highly recommend this home to families traveling to Disney.

This is THE house to rent!

I can’t say enough positive things about this house or the hosts! We stayed for 9 days with 8 kids (ages 1-12) and 6 adults. This house blew every other house we’ve stayed at completely out of the park. They’ve truly thought of every detail and made sure to go over and above. It’s was very clean with comfortable bedding and furniture. This was the only house we’ve been to that provided everything you’d need for the week. Garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, and showers were fully stocked with shampoo and soap. They even included YouTube videos on how to fix normal pool issues that might pop up. We used of one of the strollers and crib. Both in good shape and clean. The kids really enjoyed the play room and it was nice to have it right off the kitchen so we could keep an eye on them while cooking or relaxing in the living room. I will say the spacing of the bars in the playroom is a little large so it’s probably more geared toward 3 unless an adult is in there. There is still plenty for little ones to do in the little house and kitchen area if the adults want a break. The pool was warm and the basketball net was a hit with my bigger kids. The adults enjoyed the fire pit while the kids went night swimming. The Mickey waffles were a fun touch for breakfast. Movie theatre was comfortable. We had no issues during stay but Michelle is the most responsive host I’ve ever worked with. You won’t regret staying here!

This house fit all 17 of us to a "t". The 9 kids loved the fun rooms, the toys, the pool, the movie theater, the 2 water parks available in the neighborhood. Every one of us had plenty of space and had a great time! We enjoyed it thoroughly.

Perfect home for all ages

This is by far the best home we have ever stayed in. We had people from 10 months to 80 years old staying here and we all had the best time ever. The Bartells go above and beyond. They are wonderful hosts. Very attentive making sure everything was perfect. We loved all the extras like the stroller play pen and high chair. That helped the families with little ones so much and all the extras oh my goodness! The coffee and waffle bar amazing! The popcorn was a huge hit too. We’re already talking about next year. Thank you for a wonderful place to make some family memories.

We had a blast! Plenty of room for all of us. Very clean. Especially wonderful for kids. They have hide-outs to play in (which our kids played in all the time they weren’t in the pool)! AMAZING

This house is truly speechless, From the design to the small details. This house has something for everyone, we had kids from the age of 4-17 and 7 adults. We enjoyed making smores outside and the waffle bar. The beds are very comfortable and the owners are very responsive. The small details are what did it for me, They had our names on the door, a care package, a smores starter kit, a waffle bar, and so much more. We plan on staying at this house again just to truly enjoy everything.

Happy as Clams...

From the moment my family of 17 (9 adults and 8 children from 22 months to 14 years old) walked into this incredible and magical property, we instantly knew our 7 day stay would far exceed our high expectations, and we were spot on!! The house oozes fun and joy both in and outdoors and we took full advantage of every feature including the marvelous theme rooms, beautiful theater room with a popcorn machine the lanai equipped with a large enough pool, hot tub, furniture, large grill, kids toys and a fun game room!! Was it perfect? No, but the recommended improvements are few and minor. We will recommend this property with family, friends and anyone else that asks for our advice! I'd be remiss if don't make mention of the large kitchen with many great features such as, a waffle maker, marshmallow kit for s'mores, two coffee makers with espresso option and fully stocked cabinets!! As the title above states, we were Happy as Clams all throughout our time in this remarkable and affordable property!!! Give it a try...you won't be disappointed!

Our family of 8 (Granny, PopPop, 4 adults & 2 grandkids) had the most amazing time staying here. We arrived late on a Saturday, had 5 magical Disney days, one day for the grown kids at Harry Potter/grandparents & grandkids at the Oasis and house pool, and one quiet tropical storm day enjoying the theatre room and play areas, and back home 8 days later. We would have loved to have another day or two to enjoy all this vacation home has to offer! Any (minor) issues we had were quickly and efficiently handled. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided- including toys, kids flotation vests, pool towels, games, kids play areas, completely stocked kitchen… it was hard to leave and the grandkids were crying to go back when we got home…

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this vacation home. Our grandchildren had so much fun playing at the house. The Alice bedroom, playroom, Harry Potter bunk room, move theater, and the pool were their favorite parts of the house. Everything you read is true.
