I liked the rental property we rented especially for the price, which was better and cheaper than our initial property. The neighborhood was nice with great amenities for the folks in the community. Now the entrance/exiting of the resort is a hectic, there is only one way in and out with a guard station checking folks in. The traffic waiting to come into the resort was worser than Atlanta traffic during rush hour. The house was nice, however the cleanliness of the home could be better((cleaning service issue). There was hair in the master bathroom tub as well as in another bedroom. There was trash in the trash bin that wasn't ours(which you're charged 20 for loose trash). The communication from our host wasnt the best. We were 4 days into our 7 day stay before we were giving a parking pass. We contacted our host multiple times inquiring about the pass with no resolution, we were advised by security to go to the club house for assistance. Which then a pass was provided by the clubhouse representative. We paid for another night days after our first and was approved by our host. On our initial departure day house keeping came knocking saying our dates still have the original dates. It was a mess correcting that issue which was from our host forgetting to update the community. He did try to correct the mistake and was very apologetic for the inconvenience. Overrall 6.5 out of 10 for lack of communication, the inconvenience of forgetfulness, and hassle entering the resort.
