The vacation of a lifetime begins when you book this vacation home located in the resort community of Champions Gate. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of space to relax for your vacation. As a part of the Grand Collection, this home has been expertly designed, styled and decorated with the comfort of the guest in mind.



Each bedroom is relaxing in its own right. The first floor bedroom has perfect for privacy. The other 3 rooms are located upstairs. These many beds means everyone has their own space to be well rested and ready for a day out on the town. This home sleeps a total of 8 guests. The living areas are perfect for entertainment and relaxation. The living room is made for conversation with a wraparound couch and cozy pillows. The kitchen is where the heart of the home is, featuring gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and upgraded cabinetry. Last but not least, head out to the back patio where you can jump in the private pool. Swim all day or lay out in the warm Florida sun.



There is an additional charge for heating the pool plus tax per day for a townhome.

Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

This is an industry-standard practice.

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
