U bent van harte welkom in onze fantastische villa in de buurt van Champions Gate en Reunion. We zijn 15 minuten van Disney, 20 minuten van Universal, 50 minuten van Busch Gardens en vele golfbanen van wereldklasse in een gevestigde rustige binnenwateren gemeenschap. In de nabijheid van Highway 27 en Highway 4 is het een ideale uitvalsbasis om te profiteren van alles dat Florida te bieden heeft.

Het grote zwembadterras op het zuiden met spa met uitzicht op een beschermd gebied waar veel vogels, wasberen en eekhoorns komen, is een idillische plek om te ontspannen en te ontspannen na een drukke dag in de parken. Wat uw voorkeur ook is, de grote eethoek, ligstoelen en een aparte zithoek maken het mogelijk voor het hele gezin om volop te genieten van deze buitenruimte. Of het nu gaat zwemmen, ontspannen in de spa, muziek lezen of luisteren, of dineren met vrienden en familie. Alle bovenstaande items zijn inclusief levering en afhaling. We vragen om voorafgaande kennisgeving, zodat we de leveringen kunnen coördineren, maar als dingen veranderen en een gast besluit dat ze een bepaald stuk apparatuur moeten huren, kunnen we een levering op dezelfde dag regelen, maar als na veertien een extra vergoeding van $ 35 van toepassing is.

After a roadtrip of a week through Florida, we were so happy coming ‘home’ to this wonderful villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Finally some space for the four of us. We enjoyed the location: a very quiet street with a view from the terrace/pool onto a small lake and forest. No neighbours at the back of the property facing you which gives you even more the feeling of privacy. We went to theme parks almost every day. We could take the I4 West, however if there is a traffic jam, there are convenient ways to bypass this because of the good network of roads nearby. We relied on google maps which was excellent. Supermarkets, restaurants, fastfood chains, cinema… all are so close! The layout of the villa, the well equipped kitchen and décor (good beds with nice bedding, nice leather sofa to watch tv, …) were fantastic. We were sad to leave after our stay of 9 nights and would definitely recommend this house to visitors of the area. Thank you for your hospitality Nia and Dafidd!

We loved our stay in the Home of Nia & Dafydd, spacious, well maintained, everything you need for al lovely vacation. We loved the personall touches in the house, the out side area verry wel diveded, shade and sun area's, the pool was amazing (wel loved the new tiles :-), it was very clean and just a lovely swimming pool with good view, there are neigbourghs, but you do not see or hear them. Shops are verry close by and in a 10 minute drive you are in the heart of Disney. We had such a great time, so we reccomend this home to everyone who is looking for a home away from home. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit Blick auf einen kleinen See und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat sehr gut geklappt und es wurde umgehend auf Anliegen reagiert. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub und können das Haus nur empfehlen! Delightful except for the location of the property documents - hidden in the shag (not an american description of a room). Would recommend putting a copy on the counter in the kitchen. We waited 4 days to figure out there was WIFI ... otherwise delightful! We would stay there again.

Easy check-in Clean house Great neighborhood Tons of kitchen supplies and towels for the pool Everything about this house exceeded our expectations. The pool area is basically heaven on earth, and the rest of the house has everything you could possibly need. There is even a new sectional couch in the living room that wasn’t originally pictured which made our downtime even more comfortable. But all of that said, it wasn’t even the best part. The quick communication and helpfulness of the home owners was better than I’ve ever experienced in any of my stays. We will definitely be booking again! Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!

The price was just right for the property. Everyone had plenty of room. The place was clean inside and out. There is a lot of echo inside. There are family pictures up around the place. We had e few issues. We paid extra for the hot tub to be heated and it wasn't. Some of the dishes and pans were dirty and there were ants in the kitchen. The trash can and recycle can outside were completely full and the trash can had a busted wheel so it was a pain to drag it to the curb. Due to a sprinkler head being busted the ground was super soggy so it was a muddy mess around the cans. The sprinklers also are not maintenanced very good and they were spraying on the walkway to the front door so I got soaked coming in one day. They had written down that there were alarms on the doors to the pool and messing with them could result in a fine but they were all disabled and some of the blinds on the sliding glass doors were broken. The neighborhood was great. It was weird thow that the neighbors were staring at us and deliberately watching us when we were outside in the pool. We were not even being load or doing anything abnormal. We relayed the information to the host and they acknowledged it and responded fast. They sent someone out to fix the busted water head sprinkler and they said they would let the trash company know about the busted wheel on the cans. The host seems great and I'm pretty sure these small things will get resolved. The area was great. Not too far from anything at all.

Location is perfect and close to anything you could possibly want. Home is comfortable and the pool area along with the home have been beautifully maintained. I have exactly 12 minutes left in my stay and my only complaint is that I didn’t make my stay longer.

This was our second stay this year. We opted for the pool and spa heat. An excellent choice for the time of year. The property is an a quiet estate with views at the back to natural woodland, Squirrels and rabbits plentiful. The house has 3 bathrooms so as we were 3 adults we could have in effect 3 en suites. The property is as described. The location means that you can avoid the infamous I-4 by using backroads. We hope to stay there again next year

As we did three years ago, we really enjoyed our stay at Bridgewater Crossing. We especially like the pool area with the beautiful view and spent a lot of time outside. Since we already knew the house, we felt right at home and the holiday could begin immediately. Thanks to Nia and Dafydd for the hospitality and the nice contact. It was gratifying that we were able to enjoy the last day with your permission and only had to leave later. We'd love to come back!

What an amazing stay we have had! Just come back from a 2 weeks stay. We have stayed in many villas around the area before over the years, but this was a hidden gem! Staying at this modern, fully equipped, clean and fantastically located villa has been a delight. Nia and Dafydd (owners) have been great answering any questions we had. When we had questions about the hot tub jets and heat, they responded quickly and described how the hot tub is more of a spa, and when turned on directs hot water into it, with a couple of jets with bubbles. We found that it takes about 20-30 mins to get to a warm/hot level, but once you get the knack of it, it's great., we were in it there every evening. We would definitely stay again.

Overall the property was very similar to others we've rented in the past and served its purpose. Positives: lovely outside area, large deck and nice pool. Nice neighbourhood. Plenty of outside furniture. Not overlooked with a lovely view of the lake. Negatives: current level of construction work locally made the journey to/ from the parks a right pain. Hurricane/ storm emergency box is woefully inadequate. We were caught up in the threat from Hurricane Ian and had to rely on instructions from relatives and purchase essential emergency items. Cleaning contractor needs reviewing, on arrival a blood stained wet bedsheet was in washing machine, laundry was still in the drier, used coffee filter still in machine.

The time I spent at Bridgewater Crossing was perfect. The house is awesome, the pool and tub perfect. Minors' cleaning issues didn't affect our stay. They allowed early check-in which helped A LOT. Definitely, I recommend staying there.

My teen daughter and I stayed at this property mid July /22. We really loved the house and pool, and would definitely stay there again. Pros: - The swimming pool and patio area are so beautiful and relaxing (the photos really don't do it justice). There is sun from about 8:30am to early evening. - It is a very quiet/private community. The backyard faces onto a large pond, with green foliage all along the back. There are neighbours on either side, but there is a fence on one side, and a good 50' between the other neighbour. Meaning that you don't even really notice when the other neighbours are out. - The house has a good layout, and a very large family area. - There are plenty of gas stations and 7-11's in the area (for those slurpee cravings) - We had a slight issue with the air conditioning when we were there, and the property managers were on it immediately! Cons - Traffic. This is more for informational purposes than a "con" about the house. Where this community is, it is really easy to get in and out. However, traffic on the major roads in the area during rush hour can be a bit of a pain. But having said that, this location is better than other communities in the area that are closer to the parks (ie. north along Lake Wilson Road), as it looked like it was difficult to get out of them, due to the high volumes of traffic. Overall, this is a really nice rental. I would recommend it to anyone.

There were 3 of us so the 3 bathrooms meant that we could in effect have an ensuite each. The house was spacious. Kitchen utensils plentiful although we ate out mainly. New wifi reliable. Good quiet neighbourhood with views across the lake. Hosts were easy and quick to deal with Highlight was the large pool and spa.Air conditioning and fans worked well. Overall one of the best houses we have stayed in in Orlando area

Nice enough place. Needs some maintenance to make it very nice. Sliding doors did not lock, all blinds need replaced, trashy old pool solar cover laying outside. Batteries and light bulbs need replaced. Little bit of work and it would be very nice.

The owners of this property were amazing! The house was beautiful and the area was gorgeous too. I was thinking that the pool would be a tad warmer than it was but I think that it was colder cause the weather was chilly at night (we could watch the steam come off the pool at night). The house had everything we needed and the towels were big enough to keep you warm and dry (I am a bigger girl so this meant a lot to me). I did let the owners know about the blinds being messed up and they sent a repair guy out while we were there (truly impressed me). The back door’s lock was broken but I put the broom in the slider and was okay with it. My point is that the neighborhood was safe and I probably didn’t even need the broom in it. It was close to all the parks and the town of Gateway. Everything you need or want to do is within a 20-30 minute radius (traffic was brutal sometimes). The spa is not a hot tub so it doesn’t get as warm as I had in my head, but it was still nice to sit in and relax. The only bedroom we used was the master and the bed was very comfortable. I had to reach out to the owners twice (1 before the trip and 1 during) and they replied quickly- even though they were on vacation themselves the first time. Truly I would recommend staying here to anyone! We plan on bringing the kids down and staying in this house because it is truly a perfect place to relax and still be close for the kids to enjoy the parks. Thanks again for letting us stay!
