Een vakantie in Orlando is niet compleet zonder een charmante, vakkundig ontworpen villa om tijdens uw verblijf naar huis te bellen. Gelukkig is dit slechts het ticket, compleet met tien ruime slaapkamers, kinderkamers met een thema, een speelhal, een thuisbioscoop, een privézwembad en meer - allemaal op slechts enkele minuten van Disney!

De themakamers in dit huis zijn totale showstoppers, beginnend bij de dinosauriërs, met het zachte decor en meubilair van de reuzen. Even indrukwekkend is de kamer van het minion, vol met glamoureuze kunst aan de muur en stapelbedden boven het dak, omringd door levensgrote grappige karakters.

Maar voor het slapengaan zal moeten wachten zodra de kinderen een lading van de arcade hebben, volledig uitgedost met favorieten zoals Pac-man Basketball, Pacman Multi, Lane Master en Dirty Drivin ". De bovenverdieping loft biedt nog meer geweldige spelopties, zoals Pac-Man Air Hockey en pooltafel.

Maak een ongelooflijke game-avond compleet met een privéfilm in de thuisbioscoop - met 10 gezellige lederen fauteuils, een gigantische projector en veel ruimte om te loungen.

Pictures of this home is exactly what you will get. However, you’ll get a little more with your stay. Just finished a family vacation here at this home. And it was bad from check in. I paid extra to have an early check in time for 10am. My party arrived at 12pm and there was still maintenance, housekeeping and an exterminator there!! My party had to wait outside in our cars for 25 minutes before being allowed to enter the home! After being told that everything would be complete before 10am! We had additional guests staying at the home that we didn’t invite! Roaches!!!! We started seeing these roaches on day 2! By day 3, they were coming out several at a time! Mainly in the kitchen area and the bedrooms close to the kitchen. Even had a roach dead frozen in the freezer! Called property management to inform them and all I got was “I’m sorry, we’ll send an exterminator out”. Well that was the wrong thing to do. After they came out to put down bait and exterminate (while we were enjoying ourselves at the Disney parks), the roaches all came out full force and greeted us upon our arrival back at the house. This is totally unacceptable and disgusting. We could not come back to the home and cook dinner nor could we cook breakfast the next morning! We spent so much money at the market. We had to throw out all of our food because we did not feel comfortable eating in a kitchen full of roaches. We could not sleep comfortably, kids were screaming. It was a disaster. Don’t stay here!!

Everything was clean and wonderfully complete. The Villatel team is incredibly attentive and responsive. My kids loved arcade rooms and themed bedrooms. Will book it again in future.

Exceeding all my expectations, this house was spotlessly clean and cozy with all the amenities we required for a fabulous vacation. What made it even better was its ideal location and the super helpful & responsive host who went above & beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. This place was insanely clean, the pictures don't do it enough justice - it was even better in person! We had 11 people staying at the house and no one felt cramped. Plus, having a movie theatre was awesome - my kids had a blast!

The house was awesome, little damages here and there but nothing to bad. Only complaint is the wifi didn't work the entire time we were there. Only way we could use the TV or theater room was to hotspot it from an AT&T phone Verizons service there was awful.

The house was great, very accommodating for a large group of different families. The pool was a little challenging for grandparents to get into, without there being a handrail. Carpeting was dirty and could use a good shampooing, but otherwise house was very clean. Floors coming in from pool gets very slippery! Also, frustrating there was not a broom, but there was a dustpan and a mop handle without the head. Otherwise, it was a great place. Pool gets all day sun, which is great for the winter months!

The home was beautiful and well suited for our group. However, we could not get the lights to work in the Dino room and the big dinosaur on top of the egg nest was missing. Also, the soundbar in the media room did not work so the media room was useless. We contacted Villatel about these issues but no one came out to fix them or if they did come out, they were not successful in correcting the issue. The day we checked out, we had some expensive clothing left in a dresser drawer. We contacted Villatel when we arrived at the airport (within 2 hours of checking out). They said they would check with housekeeping but never did. We called back daily to check and they always said they would get back to us but never did. We were willing to pay for shipping of the clothes but they did not seem to care and didn't offer any assistance in trying to locate the clothes. It's been two weeks and still haven't reached out to us. Lesson learned...they are careless and thieves. Two of our guests recently reported they had bites on them after sleeping in 2 different downstairs bedrooms. We are guessing possible bed bugs. We cannot be sure but is our only guess. The home is nice but management is poor. If you expect good service, you will not get it with this company. Sadly, this is the first time I have ever encountered poor service when renting. I will shy away from renting from Villatel ever again; regardless of how nice the house may be.

This home was amazing! So much space, good working internet (kids are remote learning), and lots of things to do inside that we barely needed to leave for anything. We used instacart for groceries and Ubereats for meals when didn't feel like cooking but wanted to use caution and not do outdoor dining. Honestly, it was much easier to vacation here than a hotel. We would definitley do it again!

This Villatel home was great for my teammembers. We had a small office trip and it was just the place we needed for quiet days filled with work and nights filled with relaxation or shopping/entertainment in Orlando. There were 10 of us and more than enough space for everyone to grab a quiet spot to work and then come together for presentations. We had dinners out and took the hosts suggestion for a catered dinner. 10 out of 10 we would book with this home, or any other home, with this host again!

I loved that the host answered so many of my questions before I even booked the house! There was a small issue with the pool heat, but the tech came right out within the hour and got it turned on manually. So glad we decided to add the pool heat since we used the hot tub every night lol. My teens loved having their own bathrooms for once and the little ones loved playing in kid theme rooms! All in all, we had a wonderful time here!

First of all communication was great. Before getting to house, my emails, any questions I had ,were answered promptly. When we got there we had couple problems with wifi and pool/hot tub not getting warm. They fixed it and had to restart server for wifi. Games were working and kids (big and little)loved playing them. Had a problem with switch being thrown with game room and bedroom right beside game room. Please be careful in the movie room, there is a small step down from door to in front of screen and my daughter fell, they need to have strip lighting to show where steps are. Also their idea of cook ware is one large pot and one small pot. Asked about that before we left and answer was standard cookware set. That is not standard. Want to let whoever rents in this resort, they are very strict about the parking spaces and they have a limit of 5 vehicles per house. So we had family members that had to park off the resort in a public parking lot. And then had to have someone drive them to pick up their vehicles every day. They said they were strict about towing, so we tried to avoid that. We had one family leave a day early and took their parking pass with them and I did ask if we could get one pass for one night and was told NO, once they give them out they cannot give out anymore Also the homes are really, really close and would not be a problem if they made neighbors abide by 10 pm rule of being respectful and keeping the noise down after 10 pm. It was fine until our last two days and we had a Very LOUD family that stayed right next door and the sheriff was called at 1:30 am and after that it was okay. Those who stayed up stairs had to go buy fans to keep them cool. Over all the house was nice.

House was beautiful, but when inspected so as to avoid damage property fees numerous deficiencies were noted. Upstairs carpets were stained, sofa in upstairs living area stained and broken and sitting on the floor, upstairs dryer knob broken, part had to be ordered, missing eight ball from pool table, controllers did not work on game. Found popcorn hulls in upstairs bathroom. Carpet tacks coming up through the threshold in downstairs master bedroom between bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen sink stopper missing, water came up through garbage disposal button. Bowling machine broken had been broken for some time, and never fixed. Backs missing from 3 TV remotes. So much popcorn under theater seats surprised no bug infestation. Down stairs couch also stained. Pool was so murky could not see the bottom, called it in right away, ask Jeeves said it would be cleaned on Monday. Mine you we arrived on Saturday. Concierge arrived Sunday morning with replacement 8 ball, showed him the pool and it was noted that not only was the pool dirty but pool light and wiring were hanging out. Concierge also noted that ticket was not submitted for cleaning, he then submitted a critical ticket and advised not to use the pool. Pool was never corrected during our whole stay. For the price paid for the accommodations the private pool was very important to us. Ask for a refund but only response was sorry and would talk with Jeeves, not even an offer of a partial refund. Considering we are trying to recover from a pandemic not swimming in someone else's filth should be paramount to keeping guest safe. Turn around at this resort is too short to do a thorough inspection and cleaning. Very disappointed in the stay because if the maintenance was up to par this would have been a memorial vacation for a different reason. Phyllis H Taylor

This home is absolutely beautiful! We never wanted to leave. The house is huge and the games, pool, movie room, were a big hit with everyone. We were zooming a lot with long-distance family members and the internet work perfectly. If you're looking for a vacation spot, then book this house!

We stayed for 4 days in this house and I think this is the safest house in COVID Pandemic. They have followed all the SOP and everyone wears proper masks and everything. Recommended for those who have kids and looking to relax.

We would definitely return here, this home definitely exceeded out expectations! There was so much space for my family that we never felt cramped. We personally prefer Universal Studios and it was not far away at all, so that was a real treat for us adults!
