Het hotel is mooi en goed onderhouden. Het zwembad is schoon en je kan er heerlijk relaxed vertoeven, geen èèn keer gehad dat het druk was in het zwembad. Het personeel aan de frontdesk was zeer behulpzaam en meedenkend en vriendelijk. Het enige minpuntje vonden wij de schoonmaak van de kamer, de bedden werden opgemaakt en de handdoeken werden om de dag verschoond maar er werd niet/ nauwelijks stof gezogen of een doekje over het meubilair/ deuren gehaald.

Mooi hotel, ruime kamer met alle gemakken (strijkbout, vaatwasser, föhn alles aanwezig. Zelfs 2 tv’s) ontbijt oké niet zo bijzonder. Rustig zwembad wel jammer dat de bar dicht was. Goede service en vriendelijk personeel

Eerste nacht stond de muziek tot 4 uur in de ochtend hard aan in het zwembadgedeelte. Had denk gewoon pech omdat er een groep hotelkamers aangrenzend bij het zwembad liggen en het management niet door had dat de muziek nog asn stond. Verder een prima hotel

Het is een prima accommodatie, de omgeving is vrij rustig maar op loopafstand een aantal winkels en restaurants. Parkeren bij de accommodatie is makkelijk en alle Disney parken liggen dichtbij. Wij hadden een studio, die is van alle gemakken voorzien en lekker ruim.

The pool was nice and clean enough. We really enjoyed ourselves. There’s a target near by to buy some groceries if your suit has a kitchen. There’s fast food near by and the plaza next door was very beautiful.

I loved that it was near the Disney parks and the nearby shopping area was very convenient. Everything was great! The only complaint I have is that we had planned to use the shuttles to get to the parks but the shuttles were limited and not reliably available. Not sure if that is a fault of the hotel but it was not as it was advertised.

Large room with small kitchen and desk. Very spacious and comfortable. Newly renovated hotel and breakfast included. Courteous staff, nice outdoor pool and close to everything. But a 10.00 charge per day for parking in their lot, that’s unexpected and in my opinion, unacceptable.

Hotel is excellent; room comfortable and well appointed; breakfast offered good variety; bar and food service was excellent; grounds were lovely; location is good. However, the internet at hotel was awful and we had to make last minute arrangements in order to work that were somewhat costly. This was why we had booked this hotel - for work. The staff working breakfast was wonderful. The young man that checked us in on 4/21 was very courteous and helpful. Did not find other front desk workers very courteous during our stay.

Residence Inn went above and beyond for our stay! The front desk was always so polite and kind. The entire property was so well kept and clean. Our room was very spacious and extremely clean when we arrived. The front desk let us check in hours earlier when our flight arrived sooner than we thought. They also held our bags at the end of our trip when we checked out but didn’t have to leave for the airport yet. We were 15 mins to Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling. Would love to stay here again.

Great location and easy access to Disney. Breakfast was ok but still don't understand why they didn't have grits or rice. I also didn't like how the lady at breakfast time kept staring at me each morning while I'm eating breakfast. Definitely made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I called the front desk for some towels and 2 hours later they hadn't arrived. I had to go to the front desk and get them myself. Smh. Nice new hotel though. Love the area around it. This is definitely a family hotel.

There was nobody at the front desk and I had to wait for a while until the staff showed up. I guess it’s the only person at the front desk. When you get in the room the lights a are off and can only be turned on by a switch you don’t know because the instructions are on the wall and you can’t read them in the darkness. The view is a massive parking lot.. sad.

The property is new and very clean. The kitchen helped making the stay more comfortable. Target was five minute walk from the hotel but the prices were unreasonably high. What the hotel calls "Grocery store" is a little area with little variety of high priced items. The hotel was not close to Disney's venue. We had to ride 15-20 minutes average.
