I have stayed at VRBO condo's throughout the south 11 times since the beginning of the year 2023. This condo is the first unacceptable stay. Upon arriving after 7 pm on a Sunday night, we unloaded all our provisions into the refrigerator. There were no cleaning items (sponge, soap,kitchen towels, etc) for this condo. There were still wet towels hanging on a clasp behind each of the bathroom doors. The toilet paper in each were both less than half full as if no one cleaned the room thoroughly. The A/C filter was so full of debris, the air was smelly and discusting. Not to mention the ceiling fan that was caked with old accumulated dust. In the morning, all our food/provisions were frozen solid. A waste of $160 of food. And finally, the owner failed to inform us of the next door condo's full renovation. From 8 am - 5pm, the sound of power saws, hammering, in and out traffic and non-stop music would not allow us to sleep (I work at night, sleep during the day). I contacted the owner who stated it would be addressed by days end. Two nights later and nothing was repaired, addressed, or discussed again. I asked to be let out of the rental due to the poor VRBO standards. He refunrded me only 35% of my entire week for less than 40 hours in the room. He also posted availability that very day without addressing the shoddy quality. The pictures posted are completely old and do not represent the interior of this poor quality condo, and irresponsible host. I suggest passing on this unit.
