The property was fine for our needs. We were literally just passing through on our way to catch a cruise. Definitely enough room to spread out and have your own space as a large group. The master bed was very firm. So, if that's your thing you will like it. Plenty of towels, kitchen stocked with a good variety of plates & utensils. The pool is very small but fine for small kids to splash around in. The only issue was the blinds in main living space. You literally couldn't touch them without them falling on you. That needs attention but other than that a very nice space.

Disney Vacation
The location was perfect and the house had plenty of room for our 5 person family. The house was designed nicely and my family enjoyed the stay. The unpleasant part was the house was not properly clean. The master bedroom bed was not made and there was a dirty pull up in the master bedroom cabinet under the sink. The carpet needs cleaning there were multiple stains throughout the carpet. Also, all bathrooms had to be cleaned which i did and the Mickey Mouse room one bed had no sheets. I had to do aleast 1 hour of cleaning. If, the house was properly cleaned the house would have been great.

Family Bliss
When a rental turns out to be exactly as advertised—trip starts of great and only gets better. This host delivers what is promised and answers the phone if/when you need something. I finally found a house with as many towels in it as my own, another welcoming feature.

Fun vacation at Solterra
We had a great time, our first time back to Solterra since 2020. Everything is just as we remember. Kids loved the waterslide and lazy river. Our splash pool was warm and clean. Grill included was great. Owners were responsive. Comfy beds. Roku in every room. Games to play with kids. Would definitely come back again!

Great place with a lot of little extras that make the stay easier. Strollers in the closet came in handy. The pool was perfect for the little kids when the main pool became too crowded. Furniture was very comfortable.

A Beautiful Home….. but the devil is in the details
The house is really nice, but not very clean. The was lots of dust, the blinds are broken, they should be fixed, nice foosball table but where are the balls??? Someone should really inspect after property is cleaned.

A heart breaking holiday.
Our rental was “Not ready for prime time.” With minimal effort, this place could command the cost. But no, The carpets were dirty, not enough dishes to serve our group. Not enough flatware, nothing matched, not enough bath towels, wash cloths,. It was actually more like my husbands fishing camp than a resort. His camp is cleaner. Closets full of old sheets, spreads, stuff. Sheets and spreads on the beds were dreary, didn’t match. Like I said, not well presented.. Try just a little harder and it could be a pleasure….but it wasn’t. And I’m a frequent VRBO renter who has never complained before because I never needed to. I really was let down by this place.

We’ve ordered more dishes and flatware for larger groups and I have passed the information over to the cleaning and decorating crew to address the matching of sheets. If we were notified during your stay about the need of more towels we would be happy to accommodate you right away as we have someone on standby for our guests needs as stated in the handbook. Family getaway.......it was amazing
The house is beautiful. It was stocked with everything anyone group of people would need plus more. I visit FL regularly sometimes with friends and sometimes with family and this was one of the most pleasant houses we've stayed. The pool was nice and the kids loved the noodles and the pool floats. The bathroom by the pool was a plus. The first floor has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bath right next to it.. The second floor has 1 King and 1 Queen bedroom with private ensuite, along with a twin size room (2 twin beds) and another queen bedroom. A full bathroom is located right by the twin bedroom. The second floor loft has board games, dominoes, chess/checker board and a foosball table. All bedrooms, the loft and the living space downstairs are equipped with large TV. My family enjoyed our stayed even though we weren't able to get out much due to the rising number of covid cases, but I must say this house and the resort made it possible

Absolutely beautiful property!! Couldn’t ask for a better stay for our first Disney experience!
Beautiful property spacious and relaxing. Close to Disney, traveling with my two granddaughters age 2 & 13 for their birthdays and first trip to Disney. Awesome pool and BBQ host was very helpful and responsive will definitely stay again!

The experience
Overall the experience was enjoyable. Did have a problem with the check in but I probably should have checked the email beforehand. When we arrived the check in codes hadn't been sent to us yet and had to sit outside the house for about 30-40 minutes before we got the checkin codes and could move in. Had to contact the property owner which was accommodating. But after we got the keys and got in the house was beautiful. The rooms were just as advertised and the cleanliness of the house was impeccable. The house is pretty centrally located. It's about 15-20 minutes from all the Disney and Universal parks. The only problem we ran into was I tried to use the grill and the propane ran out and it never got replaced. The resort pool is definitely a great place to chill on days that you dont want to do anything. Overall good experience and would use this property again.

No communication
We arrived late only to find someone already in the home. We were told we couldn't park there because they had people coming. After 30 mins, found it was the cleaning crew. Then she started the owners double booked and never had us coming in and someone else is coming there days later and she was just there redecorating. She then said she could rushed clean the stuff she had to do and we could get in in 2 hours (after midnight). Shr did allow us to sit on the back patio so the two toddlers could get out the car. After getting the keys to the house around 1230am, we had to finish the laundry and do some additional cleaning. The house was what we need for space and location. We still ever received any answers from the owners or even an apology. Will not return or use a house managed or owned by them again.

Good experience
Our overall experience with this property was good. We were 8 adults and 2 children (2 years old and 4 years old). This home accommodated us well. We had an inconvenience with opening the front door and parking but they were all solved by contacting the number provided. I recommend contacting them a day before arrival to have all the information you need when you arrive. There is no designated place to check-in and out. FYI there is extra street parking available around the area you would just have to walk back to the home. My greatest complaint would be the beds. Two of the rooms had VERY uncomfortable beds. My cousin ended up sleeping on the couch rather than the bed because of how hard it was and I had taken an inflatable mattress which I ended up using. The property was beautiful and very homey. The pool was wonderful and the outdoor grill was a plus! They provided a good number of towels and floaties. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking hardware. I would consider returning.

It couldnt gave been a better experience. The reservation process and checkin was flawless. And then, we walked in the front door and everything was perfect. The pictures dont do justice. Location was great with plenty of places to eat or shop and an easy drive to Disney. We would alternate days of going to Disney and staying at the condo. The kids loved it and one day, the two 7 year o lo ds wanted to leave Disney and go back to swim. T j.g ey all lived the club house and "big" pool. I would highly recommend this property.

Home away from home
The house was immaculate upon arrival. The listing photos do not serve this house well, but we were pleasantly surprised. The pool was nice and the community is gated so there is added comfort in security. The house has plenty of pots, pans, and other essentials. The only annoyances were the ants around the pool deck, the drip pan on the grill because we had to clean up after prior guests, and the rules regarding the thermostat.

Clean and comfortable
Great house! We had a last minute change of plans for our weekend d and was able to book this property in less than 24 hours. Hosts were very responsive and we had no issues with our stay. Great private heated pool, and patio furniture. The community amenities are great as well. Walking distance to the big pool. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this property. The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances but has no condiments, so make sure you bring your own. The Keurig was great! Shopping store less than 10min away. Room upstairs was a great hangout place!

Amazing Property !!
My family and I had an awesome time during our visit to Orlando. This Davenport property is amazing, the listing description and pictures don’t do justice to this comfortable and well decorated home. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms, 1 downstairs 4 upstairs . Master bedroom has a King size bed, one bedroom upstairs with 2 twin size beds and the rest are Queen size beds. It has a small family/ playroom with TV and a couch upstairs and also a “foosball” table for kids and adults to enjoy !!! We spent a lot of time playing here !!! The kitchen is well equipped, the pool is little but is nice to have a private Pool for the little ones ... the backyard is clean , the owner got a brand new grill for us ( greatly appreciated) and the best of all : No mosquitos.! Also the backyard has a little half bathroom outside not to come inside the house wet if you are in the pool. The only little thing we noticed was that the overall cleanliness was not what we expected... a few hairs in the bathrooms and kitchen counter had crumbs from previous renters. Other than that no issues at all !! There is towels, linens, balls to play in the pool , board games and tv in each room. The house is very comfortable and you could tell everything is brand new . It also has Wifi service... but we didn’t have time to get online. The complex amenities are also great !!! A nice lazy river, restaurant and a big pool with a slide ( slide was not working when we got there ) but we went Into to the lazy river pool and that was very relaxing !! It is located only 21 mins from Seaworld and maybe 18 mins from Disney Springs !!! We really enjoyed our time in this cozy home !! Paul was sweet and the Owner was very attentive as well !! We are very Thankful for everything and are looking forward to stay in this beautiful home again !!!
