Great place for large family

I really enjoyed staying here with my family. I’m hoping I can find out what kind of mattress did the master bedroom have because I need to purchase one for my home. haha We had a 3 year so the glass dining table was a little scary but we managed. Also, no one ever showed up to replace the water filter on the fridge as I placed a request at the beginning of our stay. However, we enjoyed this home (property) and would definitely refer. Oh, the kitchen area could be updated on their pots, pans, and utensils. Had a hard time flipping. pancakes as there was no spatula. lol

The place was exactly as the pictures show them to me. Everything was incredibly well kept clean. It was just a beautiful place to stay. Would definitely go back anytime. I’m in Orlando. Highly recommend this beautiful little townhouse and the hosts were a pleasure to deal with.

Property was clean with plenty of space for my party of 6, Spacious kitchen with plenty of amenities, including a rice cooker. Pool was clean comfortable, especially for early morning, late night dips. Even though this property is family friendly, I would recommend it for adult purposes.

It was a nice stay had a few issues with the sink clog but once it was reported they fix issue following day. The only bad side of stay was the internet kept dropping and the door at the pool would not lock (big concern for us). Other than that the place is just as it looks on the pictures.

AC Didn't work

Location is convenient. The AC didn't work on the first day. I called Vacasa several times and was informed that a repair person would come over. I called from 5pm- midnight and no one showed up. I informed them my son has asthma and it is 88 degrees inside the home. Florida had a heatwave the 7/14-7/20. I asked to stay at another home for the evening and was told they can't do that. I asked for a voucher to stay at a hotel for the night. I was told again, they can't do that. I had to sleep in the car because my son could not breathe in the home. A repair person came the next day around 3:30/4pm the next day. I put in a complaint and request for reimbursement through Vacasa on 7/14 and 7/15, no response. There were several employees who were no help, Debra on 7/14 around midnight, Wendy 7/15 around 730am made a promise to call me back, never did. Adita, no help asked for follow up on the repair person she had no info and I asked to speak to a supervisor. The only person that cared and really helped was Wendy L. she was absolutely amazing. She stayed on the phone over 30min texting, emailing and calling the repair company. I called on 7/24 and spoke to Fernando at VRBO who was also extremely helpful. He informed me that Vacasa and VRBO are two separate companies. All the complaints and calls were with Vacasa but not VRBO. VRBO would have been able to accommodate another home and they would have been able to do resolve the issue. I still wouldn't stay here again.

Schönes geräumiges Townhouse. Schöne gepflegt Anlage. Leider kommen am Wochenende viele Partypeople in die Anlage, was zu sehr lauten Nächten führt.

The house was fine, but the communication with VACASA does not work, we stayed 4 days and we did not have internet and we tried to communicate with them and they were only excuses, there was never any help, when we arrived the dirty refrigerator, the dirty microwave, and each plate, glass and cup were dirty we had to wash everything we used, VACASA is a company that does not do its job well and apart from that there were some small ants in the kitchen

Fun Stay for our Disney Vacay!

Overall this was a great rental for our needs. The inside was mostly nice and clean (the pool was dirtier than I would have preferred and we had no way to clean it). The pool definitely needed a good vacuuming when we arrived and a skim. No pool equipment could be found and the skimmer hooks were empty. I did message through the app on our first day there asking about a pool skimmer but never received a response during our stay. I wish there were more bath towels and even 1 kitchen towel, and the master bath needs a longer shower curtain, but we had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

We enjoyed this property everything looked just liked the pictures. The entire process for check in was easy. The neighborhood was nice. The location was close to restaurants and grocery store. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this property.

MAYBE FOR YOU BUT NOT US

We had this property for 5 days and out of those, we had no wifi or cable. Two of us had to work remote, which caused us to get up every day and look for a hotspot to connect too. This really messed up a lot of plans we had made. I was told every day that it would be fixed, and it was on the very last night there around 5pm. There was a fan downstairs that was on high, and because the batteries were dead in the remote we could not cut it off. The ice machine on the fridge was broken. There were ants in the upstairs bathroom. None of the lamps worked in the house. I will say that when I called they were prompt to respond and fixed all the issues except the ice machine on the fridge and the last day internet. I think for the next person everything should be good to go, but for us it was very disappointing. As I stated they were prompt to respond so I loved the customer service, but the inconvenience caused me to only give the house 2 stars.

Nice, new Townhouse in Champion's Gate

Newer model townhouse, with 2 Master Bedrooms, and 2 additional bedrooms, 3 baths, and private screened in pool. Nicely decorated, Wi-fi and TV's in every room. Just a couple of minor problems: Tiny ants in kitchen and bathrooms, which we complained about. We were told they are common in Florida after rainy weather, and property management promptly had pest control come and treat the house, which helped, but did not eliminate them completely. Also, housekeeping should launder all the towels after every rental. Some towels, which looked like they were unused, actually had dead bugs and hairs in them! Also, although fairly close to Disney, the traffic is very heavy, so allow extra time for driving!
