was super close to seaworld discovery cove awuatica close to beaches the pool is actually open til 11pm which made relaxing after super long days so easy! staff super nice close to numerous restwraunts and stores so you dont have to go far for anything you need!

Pretty good!
It’s not fancy but it does the job! Breakfast was fine and the pool was good! Super great location! Rooms are just okay but for the price it was great!

THIS WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY IF YOU WANT TO DO DISNEY STUFF. THEY HAVE A SHUTTLE AND ITS LOCATED CENTRALLY TO MANY THINGS. BUT WE WERE NOT DOING DISNEY THIS TRIP SO ALL THE TRAFFIC WAS A LITTLE ANNOYING

My family and I arrived at 330 am; the front desk said the hotel was busy and had no room for us (it had all been paid for 4 months earlier!!!). They said they could reimburse us and we could leave if we were not happy!!!! After 2 hours they gave us a room with just 1 bed (we are 3 people !). We could observe the same happening with other families! We were able to get our room with 2 beds a day later. Additionally, they never explained the room would not be cleaned daily - just every 3 days. The workers at the front desk were hostile to people. Such as unhappy and terrible stay. I am sorry for my family and others who went through the same.

The front desk was pleasant, but really didn’t have any answers to my questions about local things. The rooms could use updating.. The landscaping definitely needs redone. Breakfast I liked it’s a nice hotel if you don’t mind paint chips and a little bit, Warren carpet and Furniture, the pillows were terrible they were like Half pillows.

Outside looks like an old motel. Inside is VERY dated and our room had no fire sprinklers. Room was clean for the most part and smelled of overpowering tropical air freshener. I sprayed the entire room with Lysol deodorizer before bringing anything in the room. Extremely rusty luggage holder had a dirty undergarment dangling from the edge. Not sure how the cleaning person missed that! We didn't go to the breakfast area but did lay at the pool for a short period of time. The pool water was very cold and the concrete was crumbling on the pool floor. The lounge chairs were green plastic, faded and not comfortable at all. Pool towels were supplied but were very small. We were only there for two nights and slept "ok" in the beds. It met our needs for the time we were there and the location was ideal but I would never stay there again. You get what you pay for!

La piscine aurait pu être plus entrenue, manquait de chlore.
La chambre que nous occupions était très humide malgré le temps chaud et sec. Il fallait mettre de la chaleur à fin d'être plus confortable dans la chambre.

The shower curtain needed to be replaced. The shower bar was sagging. The lamps on the bed stands were old and rusting. The window A/C was difficult to adjust. Also, no wake up phone call service. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Lots of food and choices. Room was clean.

It was beautiful, serene, easily accessable with an AMAZING breakfast bar. I really thought for the price that we paid that I would be disappointed but I was absolutely amazed! Thank you so much for your hospitality! I would definitely recommend you guys any day.

The location of the property was excellent lots of attractions were at walking distance. The only thing was the customer service the receptionists were a little bit rude to us and they were not helpful at all.

The host was not welcoming and appeared rude. Our room was dusty, there were not enough towels and housekeeping is not daily. There was lot of noise coming in the room from people walking, talking, elevator noise. We couldn’t even sleep. Horrible night

I was told the room is going to be cleaned after 3 days stay. On 4th day the room was still untouched, and this time I was told I should have requested the cleaning. Stayed 5 days in total. Cleaned my own trash, bring fresh towels and toilet paper.

I wouldnt stay there again. Doorknob fell off bathroom door, shelf closet broke, keys didmt work, gym was under construction , breakfast was lack luster. Sheets were dirty and when i told staff it looked like blood specs on it she said it wqs mold as if thwt was qny better. Terrible. Good location tho

Pretty small room, outdated decor and furniture, TV didn't work. The shuttle to the parks is really uncomfortable and overcrowded, it is much more comfortable to Uber to the parks.
