U zult genieten van een verblijf in dit prachtige uitzicht op het meer huis op Hampton Lakes. Dit prachtige 5 slaapkamer-4 complete badkamers, zwembad huis biedt plaats aan 10 gasten comfortabel. Fantastisch 13ft X 26ft verwarmd zwembad met spa kijkt uit over het rustige meer. Gelegen in de buurt van grote winkels winkels, geweldige restaurants met toegang tot de belangrijkste wegen en medische voorzieningen. Het beste van alles is het enkele minuten van de vele attracties die Orlando te bieden heeft, waaronder Disney World en Universal heeft. Gemakkelijke toegang tot Disney en alle themaparken en prachtige witte zandstranden van Florida. Lakeside Villa is prachtig, luxe 5 slaapkamers, 4 badkamer villa, waaronder 3 en-suites. In de buurt van Disney World, MGM, Epcot, World of Sport, Animal Kingdom en Downtown Disney, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure en Seaworld. This is a big house - two good-sized master bedrooms. Decoration may not be to everyone's taste, but this is a home for families who want to visit the parks and have a pool and decoration matches this spec.Has everything you need for your stay.It is clean, but will probably be due for a deep clean as the peak season approaches.Great communication from the owner. We had an internet issue, and she quickly got it resolved. (Grass cutters nicked the cable)The pol and spa heat was spot on, especially the spa, which can sometimes be set too hot.

We stayed here from August 9th-16th, 2025. First thing is first...when looking at these pics, enlarge them! They are deceptive and make the place appear smaller than it actually is! PLENTY of space here. Very quiet neighborhood, lots of permanent residents there, no party animals or weed smell. Clean house and well organized. We enjoyed the pool/spa and watching the turtles and birds around the lake from the screened in pool area. The view is much better than looking at the back of some other house. Had my morning coffee out there while enjoying the view. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Master bath downstairs was nice, even my youngest was taking baths in the big soaking tub. Game room in the garage had enough to do when we were having some inside time. They have a pool table, air hockey table, and an xbox for your leisure. Kitchen equipment was more than adequate. We did use it a few nights to save money instead of going out to eat. Absolutely would stay here again.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my family, this property was ideal for us as it gave is enough space for the 3 adults and 2 kids.We were close enough to all the parks that we could decide when we got up what park we would visit that day. The owner was very helpful and was always contactable and even when we had an issue with the cooker the management team were there very quickly to resolve the issue. (User error).

Florida Short Stay

The house was great. We chose no pool heat since the June weather was in the mid 90's every day, however the pool was very chilly. The house was very roomy and the neighborhood was quiet. This was pretty close to the Disney parks, but Universal Studio parks were almost an hour away. Overall we recommend this house for a Florida stay and we had an enjoyable week.

This property was outstanding . First of all, the host had exceptional communication and is helpful and flexible when it comes to needs and check in . We asked for the pool and spa to be heated, so they helped us with that . You also have to rent a grill if desired, but that was there waiting and clean to use with propane . The house was immaculately cleaned . Probably the cleanest out of any rental we’ve used before. The living area is nicely decorated and very comfortable and accommodating . Unfortunately , the thermostat can’t be turned down below 75 degrees so when it’s 90 outside, the sleeping can be hot. Otherwise it’s comfortable. Luckily there are plenty of fans which was great ! The pool and lanai were amazing. Awesome view and it was fun to watch the wildlife everyday by the pond. The pool water was crystal clear throughout our entire visit - again cleanest pool and pool area we’ve ever had. I love how they have a covering /roof over the dining area so you can comfortably eat outside with shade and also if there’s an afternoon shower. It lights up at night which was very cool for the kids. The game room was stocked with lots of fun things and we enjoyed that as well. Plenty of towels, and kitchen appliances . The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. The close by neighbors were also so quiet, assuming they are not rentals so we were sure to be respectful . Lots to do nearby and close to Disney but far enough you get peace !

AMAZING. Simple as that. My family and I were more than satisfied with this property. For being 1500 miles away from home, this house felt like home. Schöne und saubere Räume und alles was man so für den Aufenthalt braucht. Zwei Schlafräume mit Bädern im Erdgeschoss, sowie eins im Obergeschoss mit Doppelbetten und dazu zwei Schlafräume mit je zwei Einzelbetten die sich ein Bad teilen - Platz genug für zwei Familien. What a fabulous vacation to match the fabulous villa. Waking up to the lake view every morning was a great start to the day. Great location, far enough away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to get anywhere. The rooms were perfect for us all and big enough for privacy without being on top of each other. The communication from Zivka was excellent making sure we knew all the information making our check in, stay and check out seamless without any issues. All in all a brilliant villa where we felt at home from day 1. Would definitely recommend and will look to book again when we come back.

The view is fantastic, saw beautiful skies, hot air ballons, birds of all kinds, turtles. Kids played in the game room and loved the outdoor space. Had meals out on the lanai and lots of great local restaurants. Great kitchen for cooking at home. Host was great, BBQ was a nice add on. Local fun day trips, nice nearby spots for walking or biking. Close to parks about 45-60 minutes with traffic. House is modern, fun decor, comfy beds and living room area, and lots of room. The photos actually dont do the big master bed and bath justice- its amazing. Going to start saving for a repeat vacation here! Highly recommend!

Loved the outdoor space

We had beautiful weather to enjoy the pool and the patio. The house had lots of space and amenities. I loved walking around the neighbourhood in the morning. It was close to publix for groceries. We did a couple of days at Disney and then enjoyed the pool on the other days.

Wonderful home!

The home is beautiful and everything a family would need to make their vacation memorable. Cool game room for both kids and adults, beautiful pool and having 4 bathrooms is such a plus for families trying ttheir get out the door for a day of theme parks. Highly recommended!!
