In am sorry to hear about your stay. I wish you would have contacted me any time during your stay with us. I would have been able to help with most of your issues. I had sent out the door code a few days before your arrival. I do not understand how you did not get it. You had my number and waited for an hour to call me when you could not get in. There are small stains on a few of the kitchen chairs. This is a family villa and sometimes this happens I looked at all the lights after reading your review and did not see what you are talking about. I wish you would have said something while you were there so I could come address your concerns yes, we lost a pool chair in the hurricane that went through just before your arrival. I am so sorry about this The mold you are referring to is some mildew gets behind the caulking. We use bleach on it every cleaning to keep it at bay Again if I would have known about you having trouble with the tub drain, I could have informed you that it just screws down. It is not broken The wires you were referring to was for a smoke alarm that just had come loose from the ceiling. So sorry if you thought it was an electrical issue. It was not. . There are 2 bath towels and one pool towel per person. There are wash cloths. I do not know how many but there are a few. I do not think you looked in the closet in the master. Someone pushed the dryer against the wall. It did smash the vent. It got fixed The heat was on at the pool. It may have been an issue of not a full pool so that it did not flow through the heater. Again if you would have contacted me with any of this it is an easy fix Pool table pockets do have holes in them. We have tried to replace but new pockets are not available. Foosball not broken at all.

I am so sorry you had this exsperance. I do know that here in Florida our water presure is not the best. It is nothing to do with our villa but the fact that everything is flat here so no gravaty to help out. The cookie sheets are in a differant area from the pans. Sorry you did not find them. We bleach the cutting boards about once a month so I am will be looking into this. We have not had any complants about the knives but I will look into getting a new set. I know how hard it is to cook with dull knives. The grill outside is a past guest that got it and we just kept it there incase others wanted to use it. I will probably just take it to the curb. I have not ever seen mold on the spa. Once in a while when the trees are pollenating we get some in the pool area because we are backed up to the woods like we are. Again so sorry that the pilot light went out on you. It does that about 2 times a year. We have had it looked at and nothing was found to be bad on it and we were told that it is probably just the way a gust of wind comes down the flue pipe and blowes it out.
