had a party without host permission will be responsible for extra
cleaning charges and may be asked to vacate the property
immediately.
* Pool towels are provided and should be left in the home at the end

Additional vehicles should use the designated "guest" parking
spaces.
* Pets are welcome with a $120 pet deposit (maximum of 2 pets).

Use of Amenities

* The pool is cleaned weekly, and guests will be notified of
inspection dates upon request to avoid inconvenience.
* BBQ grill use must be requested in advance, and an additional fee
applies for setup and cleaning.
* All waste must be bagged and tied for valet trash pick-up, which
begins after 11 AM daily. Loose items, needles, or sharp objects
will not be collected.
* Enjoy access to the resort's amenities, such as sports courts,
playgrounds, and the swimming pool with a splash water park.

Policies

* Shipments should be sent to the property address as the resort does
not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.
