Welcome to Sunkist Getaway at Solana Resort, a gated vacation community in Davenport, Florida known for its upscale amenities and welcoming atmosphere. Just minutes from major highways, Solana offers a true resort-style experience with a large community pool, hot tub, beach volleyball court, clubhouse with fitness center and arcade, tiki bar, and even a mini golf course.

Head inside let your vacation begin. Enter through the front living room, where Tuscan-style furnishings create a warm and inviting first impression. A cozy couch and loveseat invite you to sit back with a good book or enjoy a game night with the collection of board games provided. Nearby, a formal dining table for six sits beneath an elegant fixture—perfect for family dinners or entertaining. The kitchen, outfitted with honey oak cabinets and white appliances, offers plenty of space for cooking and conversation, and a breakfast nook with seating for four adds charm and convenience for casual meals.



Toward the back of the home, the second living area beckons with a sleek black leather sofa and loveseat centered around a large smart TV—ideal for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. Slide open the glass doors to reveal your private screened-in lanai, where the sparkling pool (safely gated for children) and loungers offer a sun-soaked escape. Additional seating provides the perfect spot for outdoor snacks or evening cocktails under the stars. For indoor fun, head to the garage-turned-game room where competition awaits with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, and a café table for two.



And when it's time to explore beyond your home away from home, you'll find yourself ideally located to visit Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Legoland Florida. Whether you’re planning to immerse yourself in the magic of the theme parks, tee off at nearby championship golf courses, or shop and dine in the vibrant Kissimmee and Orlando areas, Sunkist Getaway places you right in the center of it all.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds and a TV.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway and street parking for 4 vehicles available. Parking passes are required and given at the clubhouse.

• High chair, portable crib, and strollers provided.

• Optional pool heat $39/night. 48 hours heads up needed. Full stay min only, recommended during winter months. Offsite grill rental avail $150, 48 hour stay heads up needed same contact for pool to request.

• Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable. If there is not a BBQ on site one MIGHT be able to be added depending on availably and HOA regs. Cost to rent a BBQ off site is $150/week and cannot be guaranteed.

• Pool heat. Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. If you would like the pool heated, please contact our reservation team prior to your arrival and they will advise you on the additional cost to heat the pool and the spa. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

• Community amenities such as pools and hot tubs are subject to weather, repairs and availability per the HOA. Orlando does get lightning, hurricanes, hail storms, wind and a variety of other weather extremes. We cannot guarantee availability with HOA amenities. Please call us if you are concerned if a community amenity is available or under repair.
