All was good. Not a new or luxury hotel but definitely worth the price and the location was very good. Exactly what we were looking for and it worked out perfectly.

Very close to Old Town and 50 food trucks and many other restaurants. Only thing lacking was variety of things for hotel breakfast. Toast or toasted waffle. Only small cups for coffee with no lids to take to your room. Everything else about this hotel was very good. Clean nicely decorated rooms. Nice little pool. Very friendly staff. Great price and location. Would stay again. :)

Was a great little motel, next to a denny’s which was super convenient and close to a walgreens. Was an older property, and it did look older, but was comfortable and clean.

This was a last minute find due to being scammed out on another property. Great location, right across the street from a food truck hub with lots of options. Walked in to the room and immediately got a scent of bleach which at least I knew things were cleaned. Average expectation for the room but it was a good location for Disney and just hanging out around Orlando.

The customer service was great but the shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used. But for the money spent on the room it all was expected.

No Room Service. The beds were not made when I came back at night. Not enough towels to shower and clean off. Very limited. Toilet paper ran out, no more supplied.

We had to book another hotel due to the conditions, I was too afraid to leave anything especially a passport in the room, and they would not refund any of the amount even though we checked out the first day of a three day stay and Expedia offered no help, we had to eat the 3 roomsx3days cost of 1100 Canadian this is not a hotel it’s a motel with direct access outside in an unsafe neighborhood. There were gaps all along the exterior doors that would make breaking in very easy. Shower was filthy, and property is not anything like the photos Expedia has on their booking page.

It was ok. The manager or Customer Service Representative was not very nice at all. I had booked a room with a King size bed and she wanted to give me a Queen size bedroom because the King side bedroom was not ready..

My family and I stayed for one night. I have a 8 month old and a 4 year old. When we walked into our room it had an extremely strong bleach smell. It was so strong my kids were coughing. We had to open the windows and turn up the AC. My 8 month old was crawling around on the floor and his legs and feet were black from the carpet. Will not being staying here in the future.

Although this is a limited service property and geared toward value, there is still an expectation of cleanliness and feeling safe. This property is in very poor condition, very noisy, not maintained well, and was not clean at all. Even basics that you expect in limited service properties, like an iron, we’re not in place. Will not stay again.

The property smelled like marijuana everywhere. The smell inside the room would come and go. The “breakfast” was just eggo waffles and white bread with some coffee, orange and apple juice. Inside the room was pretty clean and the staff was nice. For a stay of this type, it wasn’t bad. However I think it’s worth it to shell out the extra $50 to go to the nearest Fairfield

Parking was not very convenient as one whole side of the hotel is blocked off and you have to walk around the building if you are staying in a room on the side with no parking. And if you park there anyway, you WILL get towed. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and there’s lots to do in the area.

Not again
There were 6 cars in the lot total - off season and I was still put on the backside of the building next to the construction on the second floor taking the stairs. Can't see your vehicle, hard to carry everything in. You can buy your way to the front. Good location, but boring when it's not in season. My room had such a strong bleach smell my overnight bag still stinks.
