This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom property has just over 1900 SF with an open floorplan, a private pool and Lanai in screened enclosure, a lake view and it is completely furnished and decorated to a high standard. Living room features a comfortable and relaxing L-shaped sofa from which you can watch the big screen TV. The first-floor master includes suite bath with dual vanity and walk-in shower. Additional ensuite, 2 bedrooms and loft upstairs. All bedrooms and common areas have flat screen TVs. Beautiful gourmet kitchen, quartz countertops with huge island and there is seating for 4 plus dining room table with seating for 6. Massive 4 pane patio doors slide open to the private pool that overlooks one of the lakes on the resort. Short 2-minute walk to clubhouse. This vacation property is just 20 minutes’ drive away from Disney and a short drive to nearby theme parks. Couple that with our amazing property and great onsite facilities ( communal pool, water park, mini golf, gym, arcade and volley ball court) this makes for one amazing stay!

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes Property Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for HomeBeds Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
