Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool and spa just for you (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay).

Additionally, there are two game rooms equipped with 8 arcades, foosball table, a pool table, TV and a futon for an additional guest. Each bedroom is adorned with a unique theme and Smart TVs. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones.

For your convenience, there are two bedrooms located on the first floor. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with two sofa beds and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms are situated on the second floor.

Please note, the house itself does not have a private hot tub. The hot tub is located at the Resort's Clubhouse and is a shared amenity.

• Free parking! You can park 2 cars on the driveway, and 2 inside the garage. There is a limit of 5 vehicles per house.

• We offer complimentary Wi-Fi.

• Kids amenities free of charge: high chair, kids table, crib, and baby tub.

• Free washer and dryer available at the house.

• You’ll find a starter pack with: Laundry Soap (3 loads), Dish Soap and Dish Washer Detergent, Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Coffee, Toilet Paper (1 for each bathroom) Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (3), Shampoo and Shower Gel (1 for each bathroom).

• We offer pool heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

• We offer a propane grill for free! Guests are responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. However, if the tank is full upon arrival, feel free to use it. By requesting this service, guests acknowledge they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused during its use.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
