• Windsor Hills features 24-hour manned security gates for a safe and comfortable environment. A gate pass will be provided by the host a few days before arrival. ID is required to enter the gate.

• Please note that Windsor Hills requires an ePass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking so your parking pass can be sent to you.

• Pets are NOT allowed.

• Smoking is not allowed inside.

• Parties and events are prohibited.

• Quiet Hours: 11PM to 8AM
