The Space:

Eight themed bedrooms, a private pool, and a game room with mini golf — this Reunion Resort villa is built for groups who want more than just a place to sleep. Every room has a personality, every corner has a purpose, and with space for up to 20 guests across 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, there's room for everyone to spread out and settle in.



Sleeping arrangements

The themed bedrooms make this home instantly memorable for kids and adults alike. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed in a Jungle setting. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each feature a queen bed. Bedroom 4 brings the magic of Harry Potter with 2 bunk beds sleeping 4. Bedroom 5 is Star Wars-themed with 2 twin beds. Bedroom 6 is a Barbie-themed room with 1 bunk bed sleeping 3. Bedroom 7 is a How to Train Your Dragon room with 2 bunk beds sleeping 4. Bedroom 8 rounds things out with a Frozen theme and 1 bunk bed sleeping 2. A fully themed home with hidden amenities adds an extra layer of discovery throughout.



Living spaces

Two generous living areas give your group room to gather or spread out depending on the mood. The downstairs living room opens directly onto the patio, making it easy to keep an eye on the pool while catching a game or a movie. Upstairs, a quieter lounge is ideal for streaming, reading, or winding down at the end of a busy park day. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay connected.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen comes stocked with everything you need - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, and a full set of dishes, silverware, and cooking basics. Indoor and outdoor dining tables give your group options: breakfast at the kitchen table or al fresco evenings on the patio as the Florida evening settles in.



Outdoor living

The private pool is the heart of the outdoor space, surrounded by loungers and comfortable patio furniture for sunbathing, poolside lounging, or simply watching the kids play. A hot tub and BBQ grill round out the outdoor setup. The mini golf on the property adds a fun competitive option without leaving home - great for groups of all ages.



Game room

The game room brings the fun indoors when you need a break from the sun. Whether your group is competing at mini golf or settling in for a round of games, this space keeps the energy going from morning through to the late evening hours.



Bathrooms

Seven bathrooms serve the full group, equipped with bathtub, shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Hot water and all the essentials are provided throughout.



Location

Set within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, the villa is steps from community playgrounds and the resort's wider family-friendly recreational facilities. The resort's atmosphere complements the villa's own playful design, giving guests easy access to outdoor fun without needing to leave the grounds. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival simple, and long-term stays are welcome for groups planning an extended visit.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
