Geniet van dit mooie huis met 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers aan het meer dat geschikt is voor maximaal 10 personen in de prachtige gated community van Sunset Lakes.

We bevinden ons dicht bij alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden. We zijn slechts 5 minuten van het Walt Disney World Resort en ongeveer 15 minuten van Universal Studios en Sea World. Dit huis beschikt over een volledige keuken, garage voor 2 wagens, op het zuiden gelegen verwarmd zwembad, wasmachine / droger, televisies in elke slaapkamer. TV en DVD speler in de woonkamer. Er is een multi-game tafel met tafelvoetbal, pool, tafeltennis, air hockey, shuffleboard, bowlen, backgammon, schaken en checkers. Er is ook een dartbord, een pingpongtafel en een Playstation1-console met games. Er is een speeltuin en visdokken op slechts enkele meters van de voordeur. Een draagbare box / wieg en kinderstoel zijn beschikbaar voor uw gemak.

De omgeving van Orlando is een bestemming van wereldklasse die zoveel te doen heeft, dat elk lid van uw groep op zijn eigen manier plezier kan hebben.
Themaparken omvatten; The Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure, Sea World, LegoLand / Cypress Gardens, Discovery Cove, Cape Canaveral, Holy Land Experience en nog veel meer. I have always loved this neighborhood. Disappointed that one of the gates is damaged so that felt a little less secure. Of course, that is not the property owner's responsibility, but maybe that will be fixed next year. Property owner was awesome - very responsive. House is laid out well and neighborhood is quiet. Would stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay at the lake view house. Felt safe and secure in the area. Really enjoyed the view from the south facing pool with sun all day long. Overall rating of home would be much better if there was more tlc taken in the care of the property. Many of the lanai screens need repair or replacement. Lawn weeds were allowed to grow and went to seed while we were there and seeds would blow into the lanai and pool through the openings in the screens. A net should be provided as well to skim the surface of the pool. The vertical blinds are in rough shape and are difficult to open and close. We had to purchase dish cloths as there was nothing provided to wash dishes. Cleaning supplies were not provided. We like to care for places we stay at as if they were our own, but when the place is not well cared for is discouraging.

We had a great time staying in this house. It is so close to everything, we were able to do all the activities that we had planned. My only complaint is that the house could use a good deep clean. It was clean, but there are some surfaces that you could tell haven’t been touched or wiped in a while. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

We loved this house. It was in a perfect location with a scenic view of a small lake. IT was quiet, well stocked and the property managers were easily reached and very helpful and personable. The pool was perfect! Having said that, we did encounter two problems that we took care of ourselves. First, the garage was extremely dusty, especially along the edge of the walls but also under the ping pong table and foosball table. We spent about 30 minutes sweeping it out. Second, there were hundreds of ants crawling on the pool deck. We asked Gordon to spray, which he did. This did not get rid of most of the ants so we spent a couple of hours pouring boiling water wherever we saw the ants. I also hosed down the entire deck and all of the patio furniture (several of the cushions were disgustingly dirty underneath).

Best House Yet

We have rented many properties over the last 5 years...multiple houses per year...and this home was by far the best. It was clean, the owner was very responsive and the property managers were helpful when we needed them. The kitchen was the most well stocked. I bring a tote of basic cooking essentials with me every time we rent a home, as 9 times out of 10 the houses don't have what I need. I could have left my tote at home! While the appliances are dated and the dishwasher doesn't hold near enough, they are just fine for a two week vacation. Renting a house is always better than a tiny hotel room, even taking into account that you need to pick up toilet paper etc. This is just normal. The beds that we used were very comfortable. I didn't wake up with a sore back once...until I got home and slept on my own mattress! Sunset Lakes is a quiet neighborhood and has the extra security of a coded gate. We will hopefully have the opportunity to rent this home again and will be sure to tell others about it. I highly recommend. Thank you Helen for allowing us to stay in your home. We enjoyed our stay.

Wow, fantastic holiday home!

We had such a wonderful time in this holiday home. We booked it quite late and without doing much research into the area as not many homes were left so we were unsure what to expect. We were so lucky to secure this little beauty! It was situated around a very picturesque lake and the sun shone in the garden for hours. The house itself was a perfect size and the location was very close to the 192. We will definitely be staying in this villa in the near future. Thank you for having us.

Sunset Lakes July 2018

Firstly let me say thank you for the use of your villa in July. We have been going to Florida since 1980 and have now racked up in the region of 25 visits including about a dozen Villas so any comments which follow are meant to be constructive. There are not enough towels provided so we were constantly washing them. We were a party of 4 so can’t imagine how 10 would cope. We also had to buy extra clothes hangers as there weren’t enough supplied. Once washed we had to tumble dry them and our bathing costumes as there was no ‘clothes horse’ inside or out. We ended up buying string and making a temporary washing line in the garage. There was a lack of crockery, barely enough for 4 people causing the constant use of the dishwasher. We asked if there was a safe in the Villa beforehand and you replied that the Management Company said they were too much hassle. A safe (which was provided in all other Villas) is for the peace of mind of the renter not absent because of any so called inconvenience to the Management Company. The pool area was a little grubby and could do with a good clean. In summary the Villa was basic and overpriced for the model and location both of which we have stayed in for the last 7 years.

Not fully as expected .

Our family has vacationed in rental accommodation on Sunset Lakes for the last ten years . We notice a huge difference in standards between rental only properties and owner/user rental properties . This villa falls within the former and it really shows . The kitchen and bathrooms are looking tired and need refurbished , the standard of bedding and towels is low quality and the pillows are stained and need replaced , hopefully with protectors . Crockery would be insufficient for full occupancy ( 4 mugs ) and no children friendly cups or beakers . TV's in the bedrooms are antiquated . The villa is well positioned however the villa next door is in a dilapidated state with a pool half full of green gunge ( not pleasant ) . In summary there are far better villas on Sunset Lakes than this one .
