It has potential, but not there yet!
The structure is great. The design of the building is very nice. However, they had the cheapest, half used paper towel and toilet papers. There was not soap in the kitchen and the tiny little no name soap in the bathrooms.
With the structure being so nice, it was very disappointing that the dishwasher was so cheap it took hours for the machine to run through the cycles but it didn't really clean it well. the only reason we used it trusted it enough to eat off the dishes is that at least it used very hot water.
Also the jet in the pool was on when we got there. The kids used the pool and enjoyed the jets. There was no obvious switch to turn it off. The next day, after coming back from lunch, the jets were turned off. We searched thoroughly for a way to control the jets. There was nothing. We called the customer service/maintenance and they said they didn't know how to operate it but they would send someone. No one came. Nor the next day. Now we're in the third day of waiting. Called maintenance and it took them 20 mins to pick up. Again they said someone would come, no one did. Finally the next day, the day before we leave, someone comes and shows us the lever, OUTSIDE the screened in enclosure. so we only had the jets for 2 days out of 6 day stay.
The complex is not complete. The construction for more rental structures and the pool and community center ( it was not complete). We were given a pass to another sister community. When we called them, it was not the community with the big slides. We called them and they said only people staying in their community has access. That is not what we were told when we called before booking this particular property. They lied!
And, there was an ant infestation! The first night we were there, before any food was eaten, we noticed a bunch of ants coming in from the patio to under the area rug. We lifted the rug up and there was food particles that was not cleaned. They had the worst vacuum cleaner ( again the theme was Cheap!) It wouldn't pick up any of the food particals. We cleaned it by hand, as much a possible and the next day we went major shopping because there were not soaps or detergents ( usually the properties have a tiny dish detergents and a few packets or pods for the dishwasher) and we bought a large can of RAID. Sprayed the trail and the outside perimeter. Finally the aints were gone. GREAT VACATION!
