Guest Access:

All guests aged 18 and older MUST register for gate access for the specific property they are staying or visiting. Upon their initial arrival at ChampionsGate, they MUST first check in with Ramco security, presenting their photo ID, to receive the orange overnight pass. This pass grants them access to the amenities of both the Oasis Clubhouse and the Retreat Clubhouse. They're open from 9:00am to 9:00pm and have a number of amenities, including a pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slide, games room, movie theater, restaurant, Tiki bar, tennis court, volleyball court, fitness center, business center, lounge, and golf course.



Parking:

You can park 3 vehicles in the driveway. Please don't park on the grass, block sidewalks, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed.



Reminders from Oasis Club:

• NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots.

• For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team.

• Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted.

• For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA.



Guest registration and parking rules:

• All visiting guests must be registered prior to arrival or they will be denied entry.

• Parking rules: park in the correct direction, avoid blocking sidewalks/driveways, do not park on grass or yellow areas, and keep fire lanes, hydrants, and gates clear—violations may result in towing.

Located less than 10 miles from Walt DisneyWorld, this fabulous resort offers everything your family could need on vacation. The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate “sets the standard” for other resorts, with just about every amenity provided that you could want on your Orlando vacation. Whether you want to watch a movie in the family cinema, play volleyball under the hot Florida sunshine, take in a round of golf at the 18-hole course, splash about in the clubhouse water park or sit and enjoy a meal together in the Oasis Grille restaurant – it’s here for you!



The Oasis Clubhouse complex includes 2 separate water zones including the circular lagoon pool that’s perfect for soaking in the sunshine. The second zone includes the water slides, tunnels, lazy river and splash zone for the kids to play all day long. Guests can also make use of the poolside cabanas and the tiki bar that’s open every day. A short walk from the pool area is the main clubhouse with the Oasis Grille Restaurant and bar, a fitness center, family cinema, kids play/craft zone and more.



Getting Around:

ChampionsGate Resort offers easy access to all of the theme parks, with Walt DisneyWorld Resort just a 15 minute drive away and Universal Studios and SeaWorld just a few more minutes drive. There are so many things to do outside the resort and within, you”ll probably need a couple of vacations to see it all! Outside ChampionsGate Resort, there are bars, restaurants, 2 wineries, cinemas, shops and supermarkets so that you can get everything you need for staying in your home-away-from-home.

Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



We're happy to deliver:

- Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!

- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).

- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Please clean up after yourselves. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee.

4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

6. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in our home.
