Well I did enjoy the house it gave me an my family the room we needed to function in the house . Being a home owner myself there was a few things very noticable that I thought could of been fixed before our stay the shower in master bedroom we did not use ! Water was back flowing up pipes .sink in master bed room left one plug we could not get it to open !! The kitchen sink faucet is not right it moves all over the place an the pool pump never shut off during our stay my wife took the time to clean the pool !! But that's minor to how we enjoyed our stay I'm truly thankful I could bring my family together I travel for work so it was nice thank you !!!

Amplio, limpio y cómodo, para una familia de 5 personas adultas entramos muy bien. Me parece que hace falta un poco más de limpieza en la cocina, y que las instalaciones están un poco antiguas, pero nada que sea impedimento para tener una buena estadía. Hemos pasado bien.

There was a hole in the wall next to the light socket in the kitchen and the couch had stains on it writing on the walls in varies areas. mildew in the master bedroom shower. i dont know what was going on with fridge ice maker so i went out and bought a bag of ice. one the TVs did not work.

PROS: nice area, nice home with plenty of room for our party. Quiet area. CONS: Not located in advertised are. Pictures not accurate. House advertised has pool in pictures and is a house. DUPLEX given and no pool. Not in close proximity to theme parks. After driving 14 hours to get there wasn’t interested in the hour drive to get to Theme parks. Drive is shorter on toll roads with less…. Rented house but given a duplex. Should have been told this. Family had concerns when arriving and someone was sitting outside the door. Notification that home was duplex instead of house we rented would have prevented these concerns. Community pool was in a different community away from ours. If going just to get away this is nice quiet area, away from everything. NOTHING in walking distance. Not the place to stay if you want close proximity to theme parks or anything related.

Little to far and need some TLC
There were tiny little ant like bugs all over the place. Dishwasher didn’t work and many outlets didn’t work, the pool wasn’t very clean. The pump only ran maybe once a day… had bugs all on top and a worm in it… we didn’t use the pool, we turned the pump on while we left to hopefully get it clean so we could but someone turned it off while we were gone… we slept good and felt at home but the property was still to far from Orlando with all the traffic… it took about 45 minutes stuck in traffic.

The property was clean, instructions were clear. Excellent internet service .However as a senior I had difficulty putting the key in the box upon leaving and had to slide it under the door.

I can’t rate this property because I didn’t even stay in this property in the end. They changed property and the house the house that was given was dirty and needs a little fixing. It had mold carpets was stained, no soap or Garbage bags, i had to buy cleaning supplies, also the AC of the property wasn’t working the first night and we had to buy 3 fans in Walmart. The community was pretty but property needs to be fix. The communication was horrible and no number to actually contact with anybody. Response took almost 5 hours.

It was very easy to gain access into the apt. It smelled very nice from the time we welled on to the time we left. It very pleasant and peaceful. Really enjoyed my stay. Wouldn't mine staying there again next year

I booked this house in about an two month ahead of the date that I needed it. I put in an order to have the pool heated and paid the extra fees for so. Well no heated pool when I got here and sugar ants all on the counter top. Besides that it was alright.

Property was too far away from international drive when it was advertised as it was on international drive but property owner does not give you address until you pay in full an absolute rip off after finding out where the property was I had to hire a car because there was no shops or anything at property very very sneaky from property owner so beware lies lies lies to property location location location never again

The best thing about the property was the pool. Inside...sofa recliner broken, reclining chair broken, missing slats in patio blinds, no blinds worked properly, towels/washcloth in washer/dryer, hair in shower and bed. This property definitely needs attention. Lastly...30+ minutes from attractions and not close to stores.

The property is nice, But everything is old and dated.. They really need to renovate the inside of the home.. Everything was just old from the Furniture to the carpet especially the pictures on the wall. The beds were not comfortable. The Sofas had these covers over them that didn’t fit.. Overall the property was nice but the inside wasn’t.

They show all the properties with a pool. When we arrived there was a community pool, which was not mentioned in the listing at all, and it was no where near the house. The property was dirty. No towels, soap and missing other basic hygiene products. Also, the booking confirmed 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed, 2 Twin Beds and 1 Twin Sofa Bed, there was no sofa bed.

Perfect home and love iy!!
Making sure i had everything was key, no real way to call just send messages and emails...property was beautiful. 5 or 6 bath towels, 3 hand towels and 1 wash cloth is what we had to shower with...the rooms were great and the beds very comfortably sleeping able. I love thr property and pool i did get 30 mins to swim the last night there...yes i would rent it again...stores and resturants close by.....big enough for everyone that came with me....nice decor....parking lot stayed full...beautiful property and nice ppl in the community. I hope when i decide to return it will be open. I cleaned the property myself to return it clean and took pics of it....i hope my $200.00 dollar deposit comes returned soon since its been 2 days already!! Not sure how long but i will have to ask hotels.com for verification and hope it wont be an issue!! It was great so i hope the deposit is returned as given...

The Truth
The house was nice and clean it just was other things that offset a great stay. Like the pool was supposed to be heated with a hot tub, well it was not hot tub and no heat. Also a jacuzzi the was supposed to be in the room, not. There was no dish soap, bath rags or clean dish cloth. I had to buy all of these. Other than that the stay was fine.

This was supposed to be a luxury property rental and it was just a regular house, 30 mins away from orlando. In one if the rooms there was bedbugs
