Onze prachtige ruime villa ligt in Hampton Lakes, een prestigieuze gemeenschap langs Highway 27 halverwege tussen de Interstate 4 en Highway 192. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers - 2 grote slaapkamers, 2 tweepersoonskamers, 2. 5 badkamers, 2 aparte lounges, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een privézwembad.
Het zwembad geniet van de zon van 's morgens tot' s avonds en biedt uitzicht op het meer. Na een drukke dag in de attractieparken of golfen, is het de perfecte plek om te ontspannen en dineren in de buitenlucht en naar de spectaculaire zonsondergangen van Florida te kijken.

Onze lichte en ruime villa is smaakvol gerenoveerd volgens de hoogste standaard en bijna alles is vervangen. Er is een grote familiekamer met een grote tv met een volledig pakket, waaronder Premiership-voetbal en -golf, dvd, perfect voor een familievideoavond, terwijl de formele lounge rust en stilte biedt voor iedereen die wil ontspannen met een boek uit de goede selectie.

Er is gratis Wi-Fi, een dvd-speler met een selectie dvd's en een goed uitgeruste speelkamer met een pooltafel, tafeltennis, darts, tennisrackets en golfclubs.

T V's zijn in de meeste slaapkamers, maar een ontspannende rustige lounge is er voor een vredige ontspanning.

Er is een gasgestookte barbecue beschikbaar voor buiten dineren naast het afgelegen zwembadterras.

De villa alarmsysteem, hoewel eenvoudig te bedienen is van een zeer hoge standaard en is 24 uur per dag bewaakt. De villa is ideaal gelegen voor Disney pretparken, golfbanen, winkels en restaurants en ligt op slechts enkele minuten van Interstate 4. Op Hampton Lakes is er verbeterde CCTV veiligheid in de openbare ruimtes en het aantal voertuigen herkenning camera's in werking om een ​​hoge veiligheid voor de bewoners en gasten te onderhouden. Het landgoed heeft kinderspeelplaatsen, verlichte tennisbanen, basketbal- en beachvolleybalvelden voor gebruik door bewoners en bezoekers.

Fantastic property

Fantastic Villa

The villa was exactly as displayed in the photos and everything we needed was there. Pool area was great and plentiful supply of pool towels and a few toys. Games room was fantastic for evenings after park days. Location was great and easy to get to the 192 or i4. Richard contacted us a few days into our stay to check how we were getting on. This was a great touch. We will definitely look to rebook on our next visit to Florida.

Excelent Vacation!

The house was very nice, the house is fully equipped with everything from towels and silverware to basic essencials. It was very clean, my kids loved the house, lots of Space for relaxing and playing. The pool was very clean although my kids didnt enjoy it that much because of the cold weather it was still nice. I reserved the house for 8 People but then ended up Being only 5. I recommend this house 100% and consider coming back to this villa when coming back to Florida.

Overall, a great stay! Clean, lots of dishes/amenities in the kitchen. Pool was great! Had lots of room, loved that the master bedroom was downstairs and the other three upstairs. Pool/ping pong table was nice to have. Location is not bad for parks, take the roads thru disney (western way) and it will save you time and lots less traffic. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

We were so nervous booking a house in another country—we usually stay in hotels. We are so happy we booked this Florida villa and if we ever return to the area we will definitely be rebooking. The Burtons were very fantastic from the start. When had to change our booking (twice!), Richard was totally supportive and flexible. The house was so attractive, clean, and spacious and the pool was lovely. The neighborhood was beautiful as well. We felt very safe and comfortable. It was only about 30 minutes to Disney World which was great. Our teenagers were so sad to leave the villa at the end of the week. They absolutely loved it.

A Great vacation at the house!!

Stayed a week in the house. The neighborhood is very safe for small kids. There is everything you need for a great stay, including a pool table/ping pong table. The house is about 25 minutes from the parks. I would stay again!

Excellent accommodations- perfectly located!

We were a group of 4 golfers that went there to play- This property was perfectly located for our trip. close enough to many golf courses to choose from- The house was very clean and well kept- and the pool area was awesome- we had a small issue with a Coffee machine not working but it was resolved and replaced with a New one as soon as we brought it to Richards attention. Definitely recommend this property for your stay in the Davenport area. We will surely return in the future!

My family absolutely loved staying here. This is our...........5th time in Orlando and this house was PERFECT! The kids loved riding the scooter and playing in the pool. I loved how it wasn't too far away but far enough. The owners called all the way from England to make sure everything was going well. I love the notebook that gave us places to eat, shop, etc. Definitely want to stay here again when we come back!

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in the villa for the month of February, great weather and we escaped all of the snow Ohio got while we were there! Richard called us when we got there to see if everything was okay and had everything printed out for us telling about local attractions and directions how to get there. Very close and convenient to everything we needed. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks which made it easy to walk every day. We would recommend this property to anyone!

We stayed at Pat and Richard’s villa for the month of February 2020. It was our first time booking through VRBO. The pictures are a true representation of the villa. Communication was prompt with a pre-arrival email package that was the BEST (all the details for directions, airports, restaurants, etc,). We loved the pool and having a washer and dryer was so much appreciated. The location is central to so many restaurants and family attractions. We walked the neighbourhood daily. We were happy with the accommodations and highly recommend others to stay.
