Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the home, including all indoor living spaces and the backyard area with the RC track and climbing wall. This includes the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, outdoor spaces, and the dedicated kids’ play area.

The garage is not accessible and will remain locked during your stay.

Other things to note
For the safety of all guests, use of the backyard recreational features: including the RC track and rock climbing walls, requires a signed Release of Liability Waiver. This must be completed prior to use of these amenities. By choosing to use these features, guests acknowledge and accept all associated risks.
