House Rules

* No smoking inside the property. A fine of $250.00 applies if this
rule is broken. Smoking is allowed only in designated outside areas
like the balcony and pool area.
* No pets allowed.
* No parties or events are permitted.

Use of Amenities

* Complimentary supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and
basic essentials are provided upon arrival. Guests are encouraged
to purchase additional supplies as needed.
* Towels, including bath, hand, and pool towels, are provided.
However, guests are advised to bring their own wash towels as they
are considered personal items.
* Trash should be disposed of daily in the resort dumpster to
maintain cleanliness on the property.
* The use and heating of the pool come with specific conditions,
including advance notice and a minimum usage period. The pool
heater may be affected by colder weather conditions, and refunds
are not provided if the desired temperature is not reached. The
attached spa does not have jets and will share the same temperature
as the pool when heated.
* Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning or repair due to
non-compliance with house rules.
