* The pool and spa are heated through a heat exchange system and may
not work in cold weather; no refunds if desired temperatures are
not reached due to weather conditions.
* Pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance and is only
available for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. It cannot exceed a
temperature of 95°F.
* Trash must be placed in the resort dumpster daily to maintain
cleanliness.
* Complimentary initial supplies are provided but the property is
self-catering; guests should purchase additional personal
toiletries and groceries as needed.
* Delivery services via USPS are not supported; only UPS, DHL, and
FedEx deliver to the property.
* There are no daily housekeeping services. Mid-stay cleaning can be
arranged for an extra charge.
* Guests are encouraged to bring their own washcloths as these are
considered personal and are not provided in accordance with hygiene
recommendations. Other towels are supplied based on the number of
guests.
