Great Location

It’s a great place to stay. Dan and his manager Janet communicate very well when you have questions. I had a lot of hiccups on my end and they cleared things up easily for me. Lots of space for a group if needed. Very comfortable!

Fantastic home!
We absolutely loved this little home. It is clean, spacious and so much better than staying in a hotel. It’s close to the theme parks and so comfortable. The host was very helpful and the whole stay was great. Nice neighbours, quiet neighbourhood and ideal for a long term stay.

We traveled to Florida for a week for a volleyball tournament and this home was perfect. Enough room for us to spread out amd it felt like we were home. Dan checked in on us a few days into our stay which was nice. The house was extremely clean.

This place is amazing!
I cannot speak highly enough of dan and his property! The check in process was super simple. He sent me an email weeks before we arrived with all the information we needed which was super helpful! He went over and above to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He also checked in on us mid trip to make sure everything was ok. Plus he was a text away when we had a question. The place is only 10 mins to disney and about an hour outside tampa. Our girls loved the bunk bed and slept soundly every single night. The bed was so comfortable and there was everything we could possibly need there. The location was perfect, especially when we had to take our daughter to the docotr during the trip and it was only up the street. The place was clean and homey. We didn't feel like we were on vacation we felt like we were at home. We will deff be returning in the future. The neighborhood was so quiet too! There was plenty of extra blankets and pillows. And if you have little little ones there is a high chair and a pack and play already in the closet. PLUS strollers, beach toys, pool noddles, literally everything you could ever need no matter what kind of trip you went on. Seriously this place is a gem and so is the owner! Thank you so much for a wonderful trip!

AMAZING
The listing and images do not do justice for this home. Check in was no issues everything was clean and the home had everything you needed for the week. It was a very quiet area on the main strip of everything you could need and want. My children loved the pools and the environment was peaceful and friendly. The host did check on us to ensure all was ok and the neighbors as well. We could not have asked for a better home away from home. We cannot wait to return and highly recommend this property to anyone wanting the full Orlando experience with a relaxation at the end of the day. Thank you for everything, until next time take care

Great Location & Great Place
If you are looking for a centrally located place to stay, then this is it! It's minutes from Disney, Walmart is a few lights away, dinner options are around the corner and amenities are plenty. This was the PERFECT place for our family and our Disney stay. I enjoy having rooms for everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds and the king sized bed was great for my husband and I. Having covered parking and a washer and dryer were amazing! I hope that the next time we come, this property will still be available. You definitely are getting value here.

Dan's house was everything we needed. Everything was clean and spotless . Well equipped with everything you need. Checking in and out was an easy process. The beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy and Dan is a wonderful host, easy to contact him and he takes his time in answering any questions. Jan in also easy to contact and answers all questions. I would stay there again. This vacation rental is conveniently located close to Disney World and Universal Studios. The property is located in a gated community. It was clean and air-conditioning was working well, which was much needed for the humid tropical weather in Florida. Dan (the property manager) was prompt in responding to questions and requests. He was flexible enough to allow us to check-in early at no additional cost. One recommendation is for the property to include two gate key cards so that tenants will be able to enter the complex freely without having to dial keypad to request for entry. Especially, since travelers may be traveling with multiple cars.

We were really pleased with this rental for our Disney/Universal Studios vacation. Location is fairly close to the parks with a wide range of restaurants very close by as well. Lodging had everything we needed and was very clean. The place has great updates throughout and the owner was very responsive. Our teens enjoyed the new loft bedroom set! Highly recommend!!

First time to Disney!
From start to finish Dan made this trip so easy for us! Dan was very accommodating in the booking process and responded to my (million) questions very quickly! The house is about 15 minutes from all the Disney parks. It was very combiner to come back to the house for a little beak before heading back out. It’s is located very close to Walmart ,target, Publix and Aldis. As for the house itself it was absolutely perfect for us. My husband and I would sit on the lanai at night, my daughter would fall asleep in the ‘kids room’ Which has a brand new bunk bed with steps to the top that my son loved! The master bath is gorgeous! The beds are super comfy, too! There literally wasn’t anything we needed. On a whim on an off park day we decided to take a trip to the beach! Dan has beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys!!! There are also 2 umbrella strollers FYI. The pool was a nice and clean and a nice little adventure for the kids on our off days. When we come back to Disney we will definitely stay here again!!!

A Great Stay!
I booked this stay for my family trip to Disney World. It was the perfect place to come back to after a long day in the theme parks. It had everything we needed and extras like a crock-pot, extra towels, etc. It really was like a home away from home. No bugs, clean, great amenities. It was also wonderful that the Disney parks were at the most a 20 minute drive. We will definitely be booking here anytime we are staying in the Orlando area again!!

My stay was excellent. The neighborhood was in a great location next to many restaurants and gift shops, not to mention 5 minutes from Walmart (a plus for me) The bedrooms were lovely and cozy, but that bathroom in the master bedroom was the highlight. Words can not express the beauty of the bathroom. Everything was neat and the cleanliness was superior. Can't wait to return and definitely recommend this home . Dan and Diane are the greatest. Best host ever.

Roomy, peaceful stay near Disney
Clean, well maintained home near Disney, but in a quiet neighborhood! We loved the convenience of being close to attractions, while enjoying peace & quiet in the evenings. The WiFi was fast, beds comfy & having laundry on site was an extra bonus. We cooked in also & the kitchen was full sized with all the appliances, utensils & dishes you’d need. The living room with recliners was great for relaxing & watching tv at night, and Coffee in the morning on the lanai was awesome. We didn’t get to the pool & other amenities but that would be great for a family with children. We’d definitely return for another stay!

Nicely maintained mobile home in quiet neighborhood
This is a nicely maintained mobile home from the 1970s. The Vista del Lago gated community is very quiet, at least where this home is located. Check in instructions are good, IF you get them in a timely manner. Enjoyed our stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. No complaints here. More than enough room for everyone in our group, plenty of amenities. Anything you’d need, you’d find available in the house. Beds and bathrooms are very comfortable and spacious. Loved having a washer and dryer on site. Disney parks and Disney Springs were a short 10-15 minute drive away. Property is clean, safe, and very quiet - no rowdy neighbors or kids like you’d encounter at a hotel. Check in/check out is easy just be sure to check your email before check in day so you don’t run into issues at the gate. We loved the neighborhood - my mom even wants to move there now! Don’t hesitate to stay here, it’s a great find.

Magical Base Camp!
This house made a great base camp for our week at Disney. We probably made it back and forth faster than most folks staying on property and having to wait for buses. And multiple bathrooms made it much faster to get ready in the AM and to bed in the evening, which is pretty important if you stay till the parks close! We had some rain on this trip (no surprise) and the covered parking really was handy for loading and offloading! Also the convenience of the washer and dryer was tested too. We were even able to add an inexpensive rest day in the middle, to rejuvenate between park days! Dan and Diane did an amazing job accommodating our schedule change too, as well as answering questions quickly, and making the whole experience painless. Much appreciated and definitely recommend this property to Disney adventurers!

Highly recommend!!!
We loved our stay!! Lots of space, everything was very clean! Bathrooms are huge! Kitchen was fully stocked- we cooked in most days. Beds are very comfortable! Nice quality mattress. Property is wonderful! Kids loved the pools and being able to play tennis! We even got to win lots of candy during a bingo night!! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch in the morning! We definitely plan to return some day!!!
