The Space:

Looking for the perfect Orlando retreat to celebrate exciting milestones or to spend a fun and relaxing vacation with family and friends to build memories? We would love to invite you to enjoy our stunning 8-bedroom home at Windsor Island Resort, located in the Davenport area, just minutes away from Orlando's top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and Sea World. The family room and opened kitchen are perfect for gathering the whole family and having a wonderful time.



You can relax in the pool and spa and share a meal with your loved ones outside by the pool. You will have a blast here! Whether it's playing one of our arcade games, pool or just watching a movie on our 85" TV on the second floor.



The eight bedroom- six bathroom house, that can sleep up to 19 people, is here to please adults and children alike and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Windsor Island is Davenport's newest and most luxurious resort community. This stunning vacation rental community features all the popular resort amenities, and so much more! An extraordinary 5,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece, as well as a huge resort-style pool, complete with cabanas, a water slide, and lazy river – perfect for families to enjoy for hours! When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the tiki bar serves both your favorite libation, along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. For the athletes in your group, there are sand volleyball courts and a multi-purpose sports courts as well as a fitness center with state of the art cardio and weight equipment. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse, along with a video arcade. Windsor Island Resort is a gated community, with an attendant, to ensure the safety for all our visiting guests.



Pool & Spa Note:

*Cost: $45/night (3 nights min.), billed separately.

*Request: Contact us after booking. We activate heat 24h prior to arrival if prepaid.

*Weather: System targets 80°F-100°F. In extreme cold, it may auto-pause for safety.



Guest Access:

Only registered guests are allowed on property.

The property is equipped with a smart lock. Entry code will be sent prior to arrival date.



The Neighborhood:

Windsor Island Resort is strategically located in the Davenport area, with easy access to the theme parks, dining and shopping. For those who are visiting Disney, the location provides quick access to all the Disney parks, via just one exit up Toll Road 429 to the Western Way Blvd. Disney entrance. Access to this “secret” west Disney entrance is just 8 minutes away and avoids the heavy traffic that can occur with the main Disney entrance.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
