Ligt heel centraal ten op zichte van pretparken maar ook andere activiteiten. Gemiddeld half uurtje rijden. Accomodatie heeft prachtig zwembad en ruime appartementen. Komen hier al jaren maar merken wel dat de service iets achteruit gaat. Maar als je om iets vraagt wordt het direct geregeld.

Op de eerste dag werd er bij het zwembad volop gewerkt en veel bomen verwijderd. Zwembad was hierdoor erg vies. Op de een na laatste dag werd het zwemband leeggepompt en was het gesloten. Dit had ik graag wel eerder willen weten. Had dan waarschijnlijk een ander resort gekozen.

Voor de derde keer bij World quest. Vergeleken bij de vorige keer is de kwaliteit achteruit gegaan. We misten heel veel inventaris in de keuken en ook was de accommodatie vies en slecht onderhouden. Zelfs de koelkastdeur zat los. Erg teleurstellend deze keer, helaas!

Goed appartement beetje afgelegen
De familiekamers zijn ruim van opzet. De bedden zijn goed, lekkere douches, goed uitgeruste keuken. In de kingsize kamer is er ook een jaccuzi en een walk-in shower ernaast. Balkon aanwezig waar je kan zitten met uitzicht op het zwembad. Goede service bij late check out (dit was afhankelijk van de beschikbare kamers op de dag van vertrek). Wij hoefden hier niet extra voor te betalen. Het hotel is wel afgelegen tot de levendige buurt van de international drive en de supermarkten, maar wel goed te bereiken met de auto (5-10 min) dus het hebben van een auto is echt geen overbodige luxe. De parken zijn ongeveer 2 miles verwijderd van dit hotel. Eveneens is de WIFI ontvangst heel wisselend van goed tot geen bereik. We hebben er ondanks de genoemde minpunten een fijne tijd gehad in dit hotel en kunnen dit hotel aanbevelen.

Dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden in Orlando.
Zeer rustig gelegen complex. Goed bereikbaar naar alle attracties. Dichtbij Lake Buena Vista factory outlet. Heerlijk zwembad en zeer ruime kamers. Beperkt ontbijt maar prima aanvulling.

Mooi groot schoon zwembad. Eenvoudig ontbijt, maar gemakkelijk dat het erbij hoort, vooral wanneer je 's ochtends op tijd naar de parken wil. Nadeel: appartement blok no. 3 en hoger; veel overlast van een snelweg die vlakbij loopt.

This was the worst hotel experience we have had - would not recommend staying here if you are visiting Orlando. The first night we arrived, we had an unit that was newly renovated, however the whole unit reeked of paint when we walked in. Water pressure was non-existent in the shower and there was no hot water for showering. The blinds in the bedrooms were also transparent and inadequate for blocking out the lights hanging right by the window on outside of building. We then were switched to another unit for the remainder of our stay. This unit was older and furniture was outdated. Water pressure was still suboptimal. We found 3 dead and 1 alive mini cockroaches in our second unit. The master bedroom sink did not drain water. Our sheets were old and had holes in them. Overall, would definitely not recommend this property.

We won’t be staying there again. Staff were friendly but the property is dated, we had to change rooms because it was very unkept. The dishwasher door was hanging off and there were stains on the walls and sofa. The hot tub didn’t work the full time we were there.

Comfy bed, nice rooms but could definitely use some TLC. Shuttle service not too great. Phones in the room are not hooked up. Slight maintenance issue handled quickly. Rooms are great for the money. Would stay there again.

The grounds of the resort was very nice & clean, felt safe, pool was clean & had nice lounge chairs, Front desk employees were attentive. Would not return unless was provided with an updated unit. Unit was worn, kitchen appliances very, outdated, stained refridgerator, very limited cooking pans, ripped curtains in bedroom, hole under front door(could hear the wind howling). Supposedly some units are updated & some not, My son ended up with a very nice room. Added cost for a pool view looked over an unkept area where they keep golf carts/maintance supplies.

The only thing is the small.water heater capacity. If you want to use the jacuzzi, it will take you about an hour to get the bath full. Then you will need about another hour to have hot water available again. Always a joy going here. Very close to Disney attractions and shopping at Vineland.

It’s a nice friendly resort - a little worn in places - but lots of space - Full kitchen comes in handy when travelling with family. Bedding was a bit sparse as it was December and colder we put on the heating which worked great - as well as the AC for the odd day it was warm. Good budget hotel - for families - Swimming pool was heated

The apartment we stayed at had an odd odor to hit, not sure if it had been closed for sometime but we opened the windows and sprayed Lysol and made due. The refrigerator when you pulled the door to open it the entire fridge came forward. The only other issue was that we must park in a handicap space but every time we came back to the apartment one of the golf carts used by the staff for linens or maintenance were either parked in the handicap space or marked in the lines between handicap spaces and we were not able to park either. This is very disrespectful to those using handicap spaces.

Beautiful family trip
We love this hotel. This hotel is perfect for our family trip to Disney. I love that the area around the hotel has the prettiest view of a lake, it makes you feel like you’re not even in Orlando. The hotel was under construction when we went, but we did not hear anything so that is good. I can’t wait to come back and see the renovations. We also saw some cute deer from our room.

Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The overall property was nice the apartment was a little mildew if..also I believe the carpet needs to be cleaned.. outside by the Tiki Bar there should be some type of heaters for the cold afternoon and cold nights so we can enjoy it Tiki Bar and around the pool a little bit more.. I give it a four I just wish the room were updated and and the TV remotes were updated

The only problem was their pool was not heated as advertised disappointing my family for the 11 night visit.

Thank you for your feedback. All 5 pool heaters have since been replaced with brand new ones, so we should not run into that problem again. We hope to welcome you and your family back in the future!
